      How many complaints does a business need before they are shut down, or audited? They have a 2 star rating, they clearly need to be investigated or have another company over shadowing them an their employees/ leasing agents an how they conduct business... ************ clearly tries to get over on people, they try to charge for all these things an provide no proof. Especially when it comes to ***. They try to charge all resident for the same 1 issue that arises in their communities with no proof. An try to force you to pay it by adding it to your rent. In the *** handbook it clearly states any complaint before any money is paid requires a hearing. After my first complaint they stopped harassing me with made up charges N complaints after I stated their paperwork needed to be audited because me, and 3 other residents were being charged for the same exact things that we had nothing to do with and they could not provide proof of who it really was. They have terrible attitudes and treat people an residents horribly. You cannot live comfortably in their homes without receiving a complaint letter every week. They provide terrible service, they are always trying to get money for every little thing. When you move out of their properties they make it hard to get your deposit back. Whenever you go to the office they are closed during the hours they are suppose to be open for business. And when you call them they say someone should be there knock on the door or slide documents an other things under the door if not. Smh. Which is another issue because that's not safe, there is pi on these documents, you do not get a receipt they jus really have a lot of flaws in the way they run their business, and this is one company that should not be overlooked. They are definitely taking advantage of residents and not adhering to their policies an procedures.

      United Metro Properties is an excellent property management company for both an owner looking for management help to rent a property as well as for a Tenant looking to rent a property.

      BEWARE RENTERS AND OWNERS. Me and fiance put in an application paid in full proved all the info. HIS CREIDT SCORE IS 780 They send a text saying we don't make ***** combined and they deleted the application. We make 2 times the rent if it gets paid thats all that matters IN MY OPNION. Also We always pay our rent early and on time even through the pandemic remain employed full-time WHICH IS ACTUALLY 100$ LESS THEN WHAT METROS PROPERTY WAS LISTED AS, MY LANDLORDS WHO ARE SELLING THE PROPERTY WHICH WE RESIDE EVEN WERE GOING TO GIVE A GOOD REFERENCE BECAUSE THEY LOVE US clean house always quiet people we are. We even offered a cosigner in the application i even called and emailed them to address that.. our co signer whom has an 800 credit score and makes 10x the requirement we offered dealing double deposit or 3 months rent also and move in cost even . Instead of calling me and talking about it, they shot out a text saying they deleted our applications even with the co signer stuff and money we offered.. and didn't care to address the fact we offered a co signer and double than what was required before. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY UN ACCOMIDATEING.

      Our lease and application policies clearly state that each applicant must make at least 3 times the monthly rent in gross income. According to my leasing agent, upon preliminary review of your application (prior to processing your credit and background reports), we found that you did not qualify based on the fact that you each make less than the minimum required amount indicated above.Because we did not run your credit and background reports, we refunded your application fees.I understand that you have a different opinion as to what matters. I am sorry if your opinion differs from our stated lease application and policies, which you acknowledged and had the opportunity to review prior to filling out the application. But this is the exact reason why we have to have such lease application and policies as people tend to have different expectations.Good luck to you and your family.
