The upstairs shower leaked all the way down to the kitchen pantry and water poured out of light fixture. It took 3 weeks to get repaired and 2 weeks later it happened all over again. The wet dry wall in the pantry ceiling was never addressed. I cannot get rusted dishwasher racks replaced. I had one a/c unit go out and the second struggling to cool 2 story house. I have had 2 aps bill totaling over $1700 because of it. I notified property management on the 18th of Aug and someone is finally coming out on the 16th of September to replace unit. I am very frustrated with this management. I cannot afford the electric bill I have incurred from this long process. I do not recommend this company at all.The owner came out themselves to replace 4 plants and was so arrogant with my 19yr old son who is a manager for restaurant and works 60 per week plus taking and teaching tae **** do classes. She told him he needed to learn self discipline because there were a few little baby weeds in the yard( we had just moved in). Criticizing our choice of vehicles and letting him know what a privilege it was to be in our neighborhood. She was rude for no reason. Very unprofessional!

Real Property Management Phoenix has been an horrible experience. Their customer service skills are horrible. My roof was leaking, dishwasher, and hot water was out of services for over a month in a new built townhouse at Villa 51 ( **** N 51st street. Unit 2 ) I had to make the arrangements for all repairs. Once I vacant the unit at the end of my lease the front desk receptionist a male hung up on me when questioning about the timeline of my security deposit being returned. Also I obtain the *************** contact information from them, which I begun to work directly with the landlord. The property management company was absolutely horrible and did not follow the landlord privacy Guidelines. I will be calling the owner of Villa 51 again.

By far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with any company out there. The company was very nice and kind when I was enquiring about them but as soon as I paid them, I got the WORST SERVICE ever.To begin with, they were not able to secure a tenant for about 4 months and blamed me for keeping the rent high. The rent I suggested was at par with other similar houses in the neighborhood. And when they secured tenants, they broke the lease in less than a month. Talk about background checks.When the tenants left, there were holes in the walls that looked like they were patched by a 5 year old. There were a lot of other marks on the walls and carpets had wine stains at multiple areas.When I contacted RPM about it, ***** in their office told me that my house was in a s***** condition to begin with and I should not complain about it. I read so many other reviews here and so many share my views both for ***** and this RPM.After that call, RPM absolutely stopped picking up my calls and only contacted via their message forum which ***** by the way. The communication was delayed by days making me lose even more money because I was not able to get the possession of my house and put it on market for rent.All this harassment while my wife and I were pregnant and dealing with baby issues.I would rather sell my house than work with RPM if they were the last rental company out there.Note to RPM- If you are thinking to respond to this review, please don't bother since you never responded (by call) to my various questions.

I just rented a great brand new tri-level condo in Mesa. Joe and the entire team at RPM Phoenix Valley is great the application was fast and easy and the move in was a breeze. Thanks so much for making my move hassle and stress free!!!
