      This management company is ridiculous. I live at ***************** apartments and all I can say that nobody does anything when it comes to property maintenance. The place is infested with scorpions ??. Garages are being broken into, the property gates are always open because nobody is taking the time to fix them therefore it just invites car break in's. Property is very dark due to no one fixing the exterior lights I mean this place is just getting worse and worse. Lived there for 3 years and its going down the drain. Very dirty and shady management and when you tell them something they dont even listen to you. All they care about is their pocket's and thats it.

      I have been without a working HVAC, washer and dryer for several weeks. I have a disability unit and have been waiting for a ADA ***** and overhead exhaust for over 5 months despite sharing that I keep getting burned. Ive lived in the ********************* for over 5+ years. When my son passed in February I did not receive a call, card or acknowledgement. I did receive a notice to evict in March because I was 4 days late on my rent. Not a caring community

      I am trying my hardest to find help with this situation. I have been residing in ********************** managed by PEM Real Estate Group LLC for about a year now. During move-in, I've mentioned all my concerns about the property known verbally and in a written Move-in check up slip. No one has ever came to fix anything in my place and at this point, the hazards are not even my biggest concern anymore! I have met with multiple neighbors residing in the same home yet we all have different pay rates. I have been reaching out to PEM Real Estate also Desert Sage about wanting to get a form filled for rental assistance. 2 weeks ago they said that their policy has changed last week and they do not accept the assistance anymore! WITHOUT NOTICE OR WARNING OR EMAIL OR LETTERS that they love to slap on my door (mind you i have been waiting for over a month for a response) Due to the *** memorandum still in effect how can they not accept rental assistance when the program is willing to pay up to 3 months? I want to move out and I understand a 60 day notice of move but why do i have to PAY 2 more months worth of rent when i only literally need a week? If money is all their concerned about... not our health and safety or the fact that we're in the middle of a pandemic and most people are currently struggling..... then why wouldn't they accept the rental assistance and LET ME MOVE OUT IN PEACE! I'm confused, with all the corruption the last managers did to this place, God knows what those things are (All of management and maintenance was recently kicked out mid January) taking residents for granted by overcharging!! Now the policy randomly changes with no notice at all and the rates are increased by over 100 dollars? someone please explain, and maybe (crossing my fingers) this message will finally have management respond to any of my emails. I completely regret my move here and i would never recommend to anyone!!! P.S: I only pressed the star because i had to.

      Thank you for submitting this review; however, we would like to address several of the comments made here. First, please be advised that the rental assistance is a government program and the dates it is applicable are set by the government, not by the company. Next, multiple factors affect rental rates at apartment complex. If you have questions about your renewal rate, you are welcome to discuss with the onsite staff. Lastly, providing a 60-day notice is market standard and it is our understanding that you are currently in the midst of your 60-day notice and that the office staff has already been attempting to work with you.

      It is applicable and stands valid currently due to legal orders. To deny cooperating with those orders results in Legal actions being taken against management. Rates should not change by the month and late fees should not exceed more than 5% of monthly rental rates! Is management abiding by those guidelines? I have been attempting to work with you regarding my circumstances for months now. I have submitted a 5 day repair request over 5 days ago with very little communication from the Desert Sage's front office. Justice shall be served.
