This company is is terrible does not know how to do proper business. They cheat people out of money. They currently are the ********** for ******************************* in ****** *******. I have lived here and have been through 3 different owners and 3 ********** companies, ***************** **************** Living and now Cornerstone Management all are extremely terrible companies.This is my situation, they have 2 bedroom apartments listed for ***** to rent.They did not give me that rate and gave me the rate of the previous ********** of ****** Living. I had to sign a new lease so I wasn't charged a month to month fee with the rate of the old ********** ****** Living. Business wise they shouldn't advertise 2 bedroom /1 bath if they are not going to honor that rate and go off of the ****** Living ********** to the renters when the old lease has expired. It took a month and 2 weeks for upper ********** to respond back to our leasing office lady ************************* to tell me that they would not honor the advertised price of ***** and will be charging me the price of ****** Living rate. I asked for a 3 month lease and was denied because they consider that a short-term lease. I had to do a 6 month or more lease and still would be charged the rate of ****** Living plus they would also charge me the rate of month to month at the rate of our previous ********** ****** Living. Cornerstone Management doesn't seams to know how to manage on there own so they need the help of ****** Living to help them with the rates on the units. I have seen first hand and have cameras due to the fact of the drug use on this property. The dog/cat is*** of tenants not reporting that they have pets or say they only have 1pet. It's as if I live in a Marijuana shop and the cigarettes that are thrown all over are disgusting.I have had a work order in to fix my outside step for over 5 months if I,my grandsons or a guest falls I will *** do to your negligence for not fixing the outside step that is not up to code

This review should be a NEGATIVE 0! The 5 Star Review on here must have been paid to write it because this company is TERRIBLE. I live in a community where this company is our HOA. When trying to call this establishment, they always have the "out of office" message on the phone. You leave a message, no one calls you back, you reach out to your property manager and she could care less as long as she receives her paycheck. ***** is unprofessional, rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. I have send NUMEROUS emails to her with clarification on items which don't get addressed. The company is also unorganized as a whole. The portal says one thing and they do another. I received a letter telling me my account was going to an attorney for non payment - I have been on ACH which I guess ***** failed to give to the accounting department causing almost $100 in "late fees" which will not be reversed. Again, ***** was emailed 5 days ago - No Out of Office on her email. Just disgusting. If this company has an A+ rating - Then they should re evaluate the employees they have working for them that make them look poor. I didn't want to write this review but unfortunately, I have been trying to get a hold of ***** to or someone at the company since December to have a conversation to address MY concerns.

Cornerstone has more than succeeded my expectations ************************ company. Our community struggled with five property managers before **** and Cornerstone, became our property management company. They are highly professional, efficient and resolve problems without delay.

I when on line to pay my *** FEE. My account was showing that nothing was old. Yet I did received a bill in the mail. Phoned Cornerstone to ask which one was correct. No reply back. Now i got noticed that I was late with a ***** fee. I am also waiting for my roof to be repaired from Oct when I purchased the town home. I know that they are leaving ****************************************** and sadly now I understand why. Will take your money, but honor they side of what the *** is supposed to do. Also I have had 2 remote gate openers and neither one worked.
