      I moved into the apartment march of 2022. ******************* did not have the gas turned on and did not make me aware of having to get gas turn on for the unit until I moved in and was without hot water and cooking for 3 days that was first problem. The second problem is I reach out to them countless times about the roaches infested place when I first moved in. They said they would send someone out here to treat it the people never showed up. I spend countless amount of money trying to get rid of them myself that is the second problem. The three problem as came now I have zero electricity in my kitchen for 4 days now. I reach out and call and leaving messages and emails about the problem. I heave no way to cook or even buy groceries for my unit because my kitchen outlets do not work at all. Im been very kind and patient not trying to be rude about the issues I understanding they might have a lot to deal with but this just completely unacceptable. I pay **** dollars to live in apartment thats not livable. The company been understanding of my domestic violence situation I was having so Im not trying to be rude but I can not live in this apartment if does not function properly and not willing to fix the issues.

      We believe this complaint has been filed against the wrong company.  We manage HOA's, but not apartments and have no idea what this would be with regards to.  Most likely needed to be filed against Cornerstone Properties Services and not Cornerstone Properties, Inc.  Please remove complaint from our company as clearly this complaint was filed against the incorrect entity.

      I bought a property that is managed by this company back in November. I have been trying to contact someone for help on making my payment for about four months now. They gave me an account number and told me to log in. I wasnt able to log in and contacted them again for further help and no one has gotten back to me. Ive left voicemails and emails for the past four months and still nothing. I have not been able to pay my association fees because of this and am afraid there will be a lien put against my property. I need immediate help on this.

      This owner's account was paid ahead in escrow, but the dues increased in January which left her with a small balance.  As seen in the emails supplied, responses were provided and attempted to help.  The account has been paid in full and is current now.  Payments do not have to be paid online if issues arise.  Checks are always welcome as well.  Statements, late letters, and other correspondence were sent in accordance with the associations policies and rules with instructions as to how to make payments.  If any further issues arise, she is more than welcome to contact us and we will respond promptly as always.

      On Saturday December 4th I submitted a complaint to Cornerstone Properties Inc the management company for my community HOA due to damage caused to an exterior wall by the landscapers. For over 45 days I have been trying to get information on when repairs will be done to my property. As of now (day 51) I still do not have a time scheduled for the repairs to take place. Our representative at first stated they could not get someone out to get a bid (over 30 days), then they had a bid and were awaiting approval (over 7 days since I last heard anything). The process throughout has been frustrating as the communication from our representative has been poor, and I have to continuously have to follow up to get a response. All I want for resolution is for the repair work to be done.

      The damage was caused by the landscape contractor and not Cornerstone Properties.  Cornerstone is the managing agent for the **** but bids must be approved by the landscape company that caused the damage and that unfortunately has taken more time then it should, but they are moving forward with scheduling and the owner will be notified as to when the repairs are scheduled.  This is an issue between the owner and the company that caused the damage (hired by the **** not Cornerstone), but we are doing our best to be an intermediary and to get the repairs scheduled and paid for by the contractor that caused the damage.  Communication will be consistent and timely with the owner through resolve.
