    Got a 10ft wide, 30in tall inflatable pool for ~50% off. It must have been half off because half the parts are missing. Hose clamps, valves, t-junctions, even the power converter for the pump. Mistakes happen, so I was irritated, but decided to submit a warranty claim. Only got the t-junction in the mail and when I called to double check that the rest would be coming later, I got told that I didn't need the second valve for my pool EVEN THOUGH IT'S LISTED ON THE PACKING LIST AND THERE IS A HOLE IN MY POOL FOR IT TO GO! The call center sounded extremely crowded and loud for all the reasons you're probably imagining. I will not be doing business with this company again.

    **** near Alliston tee fitting missing called in they said it would be sent? no Emails time for delivery pool is set up, can't put water in it until we get part

    **************** was amazing. She was very, very helpful.I was able to order the correct ******** part was not available.I'm still trying to find out if I can get it. Replacement is not due to anything best way, did it was fault on our part. My only problem is being able to find out if the part will again be available. No problems with our pool, we love it

    This pool is a joke. I got in for mother's Day this year didn't get it put up till late May into June, and I have to take it down because the seam is leaking and I can't get it to stop. The pump/filter has no suction for a vacuum. And not to mention that it has leaking around the top of the pump since I got it. So disappointed. Beyond disappointing. Oh and they can't help me with anything because my son is currently a marine and over seas and we can't get a copy of receipt. Way to look out for good ol usa

    BestWay was Sold Out of the liner we needed from May through June. It was very frustrating; they couldnt even tell us when the manufacturer might send more. However, every time we called we were met with good customer service and someone who wanted to help. They kept our information in the system and didnt have to keep asking what we needed. I eventually caught a day in July that a compatible liner appeared in stock. **************** verified it would work and placed the order for us. We are paying only the shipping cost, which is amazing, and hope to have our pool liner in 5-9 business days. Although not having liners in stock for weeks during the summer is not acceptable, they remedied the situation as best they could and I applaud them for that.
