Gave ****** $6,800 Deposit for a pool Remodel. He didn't complete task on contract.He told me he would refund funds not used but then never Did. Stay away from this company he isn't competent to complete simple remodel project. He has shown not to honor his word.*********************

Ethical is laughableDo not hire Aqua Splash Plastering. The company owner, ***************************, took a $4,000 deposit (after a contract was ratified) and never showed up to do any work. (Mind you this is after he did one previous job for us on our pool, and did a great job, with no issues so ok we felt comfortable hiring him again.)We have text messages in which he admitted he owed us money, and we gave him a chance to pay it back in small increments, and sent him a contract to pay it back in $500 increments; he refused to sign it. We filed a complaint with the ******* contractors board, which lead to a hearing which he did not show up to, which led to a, slap on the wrist, ten day suspension of his license; I can guarantee he still worked during that ten days. Because we are investor owners his bond denied our claim, and the Arizona recovery fund wont do anything because its not our primary residence. Next up is small claims, Im not letting this go, but just a warning and heads up. Do not hire ***************************, aka Aqua Splash Plastering.

****** was hired to install a pool heater for us. He took the deposit and never did the work. We filed a complaint with the ************** board which lead to a hearing, he did not show up to the hearing. We have yet to recover any money.
