** *** **** ********** ******** ***** ** *** **** ** * **** *********** ** *** ******* *** ***** ***** We had an evaluation done by this unprofessional business that gives no disclosure of this person anywhere on their website or business card. So obviously you assume ******** is involved and is who youre talking to as no one introduces themselves and when people have called her or referred to katelynn they dont correct them just says thanks for the review from your friends. Theres no other employees or people involved so that doesnt make sense and advertises false training options. It is a man named ***? Who showed up ******************************************************************************************************************************* changing a dogs behavior. Said our lessons would consist of taking notes, which I dont know how you can do when he talks so fast you cant understand him, and then is upset or offended when asked to slow down. I strongly advise reading more reviews on this business in its unqualified position and unprofessionalism all around.Business response

Did an evaluation for this person and she didnt want to go forward with the plan which is fine .. the bbb is aware that *** is the owner of the business and we are a accredited with the BBB and been so for over 15 years years.. thank you..Initial Complaint

Please, Don't Hire this Guy!!!!!!This Guy is a completely SCAM!!!!We know this Guy in 2020, He forced us to pay a lot of money and he never get involved with our dogs, he just bring toys and books and burp in front of us, he is Scared for dogs, we pay first 900 bucks and 600 for 2 sessions but he never make nothing for the dogs, he just come 20 minutos and speak a lot and after he leave the house like a thunder, he don't have modals and he just explain when I call to him he told me that he can't refund my money because I signed a piece of paper that said that he don't make refunds, but he is not professional.Don't Hire this Guy!!!!!!!BECAREFULL!!!!!Business response

Met with this individual on 3/20/21 when he decided to hire us! Their was agreement that he was to work with the dogs and attend the sessions! He hired us to train both dogs.He currently owes us $2925 (which states in the contract) of which he has not paid to date. He didnt show up on either of the two training lessons and we spent our agreed time over a hour with his spouse and kids! Total of three visits .On July 10,2021 we got a text saying he returned his dogs to the people he got them from and wanted his money back. We texted him the same day asking him to call us. We didnt hear from him until yesterday over 13 months later stating you never trained the dogs and wanted the money back! We did train the dogs he returned them after two visits and the contract is clear on refunds. Thank youInitial Complaint

**PLEASE READ** **BE AWARE** This is a SCAM!!! Before you sign up with this ***** look at ALL the BAD reviews about him taking peoples money and scamming them out!!! I am so mad at myself for only looking at the good ones! STAY FAR AWAY from this man!!! Not only is the teaching terrible, his attitude and professionalism is even WORSE!!! We had to bite out tongue a few times. We agreed to an outrageous $1,500 for 5 sessions $300 per session and after 2 we had enough of this horrible man! He FORCED us to prepay because he knows you will cancel and when we cancelled he wont even give us our money back for the unused time!!! Please, I beg you if you are reading this save yourself from getting involved in this mess! Now, I am forced to take legal action!Business response

On December 4 , 2021 he and his partner signed a contract which states the terms on the contract! It also addresses refund policy! From a period of December 4th to June 8,2022 their never was one complaint against K9katelynn! The last text message we had from them was dated 4/20 was this Oh great! Im going to look at my calendar and send you some dates to see when is good for you! We never heard from them again until June 8th at 8:44 pm. At this time he texted us Hi!! So Ty ***** I have talked and we are not getting out what we need nor feeling the training. We have decided not to continue. Our agreement was $1,500 for 5 sessions (5 X $300) for which 2 of the 5 have been completed. We paid $1,000 so far so can you please refund the difference back of $400. You can mail a check or I take PayPal, Apple Cash, Venmo ***** CashApp. I texted him asking to call on this tomorrow or next week he said okthen shortly after he started texting saying do this or else! I will provide additional documentation if needed! Next day I get a text asking what are you going to do! I resent the contract his response Thats all i needed to see! Since you are not an honorable man I will be SURE to write a review for you starting today on every single review site that i saw on your website every single day for the rest of my life. I hope you enjoy ripping me off that $400. I pray for souls like you but know God will bring karma down upon you. Im calling the police on you for not giving me my money back. You truly are a HORRIBLE human being! Unfortunately we had to end up blocking him on text!he is currently using other methods to try and communicate. More I will do this every single day for the rest of my life. I hope that $400 you stole from me was worth it.SCAM ARTIST!!!!! And this is just the beginningCustomer response

I never asked for a refund of the used time just the unused time that we agreed on. This man is such a low life that he is keeping my money for services not provided. That is illegal and I will see legal action in this matter.Business response
