I received a Heat Treatment for German roaches after many weeks of chemicals didn't eliminate them. The house was supposed to be heated but not the garage.I was told that the cats and our prescriptions, food etc. would be o.k. in the garage. I wasn't sure this sounded right so I took the cats to the vet but left everything else in the garage, trusting what I was told. I came home after several hours not knowing the heat was still on. The garage door was partially open so I went in. The heat was so bad I rushed out. I have felt high temperatures in the garage when its hot outside and this was hotter than anything I've ever felt. My beloved cats would have died if I had listened to them. In hindsight, I checked with my pharmacist. He stated that if the prescriptions weren't ruined they would be downgraded to the point of being unreliable. I've had to pay for many new prescriptions including prescription cat food. I told them about this and asked them to warn the next people about the danger to animals and prescriptions. I told them I could die without the right dose of heart medication. They answered and said the prescriptions would be fine and ignored what I said about my cats. It was upsetting to know how close I came to losing my cats. I'd like to know that they will change their advice on pets and prescriptions with future customers so I don't need to worry about someone else losing pets, prescription's or their life because of damaged prescriptions.

I have interviewed the technician and the sales person to determine what mistakes were made. Another important detail that I discovered about the treatment day was that it was raining. I did determine that the technician was in the wrong and made a mistake in this situation. I apologize to you on behalf of my technician and his error in judgement. I have sternly corrected my technician and advised him what he should have done differently that day. I provided him with retraining on location of pets and heat sensitive items. Great company! **** and ****** were wonderful. Getting bedbugs is a very stressful and traumatic experience but they were amazing in talking through options, educating us on what to do and prevent it in the future and effectively eliminating the bugs. I called them on the 4/02 and they sent ***** from Arizona Heat (******) to assist me with my problem by 4/04. Prior to the appointment he came to do a check through the house which was not mandated of him. He answered all my questions, taught me how to take off my blinds, and was extremely helpful. The day of treatment he came early. We did one more sweep of the house and he educated me about so much!! He kept us updated throughout the entire process. When he was done, he let us know! He even took the time to put my blinds back, which meant a lot to me. He was such a blessing during a stressful time as you can imagine. I cannot thank him enough for his help!! From the moment I called to the completion of my service I was treated with kindness and respect. To have discovered bedbugs in my home, was devastating to say the least. **** came out and did a house inspection and gave me an estimate. He could tell that I was shaken up and he was so kind and reassuring. He made me feel like things were going to be OK. My service was done by ******, who turned out to be just as kind and understanding as ****. This whole period was just as hard mentally as it was about the bugs. ****** did a wonderful job and took up most care to not damage anything in my home from the extreme heat. I would highly recommend Arizona Heat Pest Services to anybody. They are very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I canno recommend this company highly enough. **** came and did an inspection and gave me a number of options and pricing for each. I booked the extermination and was kept informed throughout the entire process. I was given written instructions to prepare my home and am extremely happy with the results.Review from Carrie M.

I am extremely pleased with this company and with ******, the technician, who came out and resolved my wasp issue. I had family coming in to town in three days and my home was swarming with wasps. I searched for a company online and I hit the jackpot when I dialed Arizona Heat Pest Services!!! ****** was on time, explained not only the process he was going to perform, but answered many of my questions about the pesky insects. I even asked him for his card so I could distribute them to my neighbors!! I would definitely recommend Arizona Heat Pest Services and I would also ask for ****** to be my technician!!! ****************Review from Jeff S.

****** was prompt and efficient, on time and extremely thorough. But the best part was, they did the exact same thing as the competitor said that they would do, and at literally half the cost. Not to mention, that price bought us a lifetime warranty with a piece of mind, and with a monthly pest control service to boot. The competitor wouldnt even think of offering you something like that ! Courteous,thorough,efficient, and professional. I highly recommend this service . I am elderly and handicapped and have been taken advantage of at because of that. This company has been honest, patient, and clear with the explanation of and execution of their services.Good old fashioned honest service, done well and completely. A real blessing to this customer.
