I was a patient with this office. Last time I called to schedule a appointment I let them know ahead of time that my insurance had changed. They called me back and verbally verified that they accepted my insurance. After several in office procedures, the doctor wanted to schedule surgery. Everything was scheduled and I am notified like two days prior that my insurance is not one they can accept. I feel like this is their error and they need to charge off this debt. Had I been notified prior to my services that they did not accept my insurance, I would have definitely chosen another provider. Their office calls me several times a day and continues to mail me bills. What they did was not right and I will take any action necessary to bring awareness to their wrong.Business response

Hello BBB, we are currently looking into this situation. There are a few discrepancies' with the complaint, and I am awaiting a response from her insurance carrier, before I have a resolution.
