      The date of the transaction on 1/10/2014 and the upgrade was on 5/10/2015 The amounts were $250.00 and $1000.00 respectively = a total of $ ******* as a refundable "all *** ********** for discounts on vehicles.I was an early crowdfunding investor with the promise of doubling my ********** with a matching discount on my purchase of a vehicle which has never materialized as they did not produce enough vehicles to sell to the already invested let alone the public.Google deleted older files when purchased.

      I put down a deposit for a new Elio motors vehicle May 5,2015 and its been 8yrs. now. All I want is my $1,000 dollars back. I do not even want the vehicle now. This is America how a crime like this be proof or so long with no intervention from our legal enforcement agencies.

      August 17th, 2013, I gave Elio Motors **** advance deposit on a new production car planned to be built - I want my name added to those with a complaint against this company for fraud due to taking ***** people's money and never giving back anything in return - From **** - "Your Elio Motors Reservation has been received, thank you!       Over 10 years ago - Fell for the scam to reserve an **** vehicle. Time and time again, the production date was pushed off. There is no indication that any vehicle will ever be built. So what do I have to show for my investment? A t-shirt and a bumper sticker! Shame on you *****************.

      This company has defrauded many consumers out of thousands of dollars and I am one of them! It has been over 10 years and they have not followed through with producing a vehicle. I just want my $1,000 returned to me so that I can go on with my life! I have reached out to the company by email several times because they dont have a number that you can actually call and talk to someone. They have misrepresented who they are and their intentions. Id be happy to join any class action lawsuit that is created! *****************, do the right thing to save your reputation.

      $1000 deposit submitted more than 10 years ago. Company no longer plans on building vehicle that I submitted deposit for. I also purchased $500 in stock based on lies from the company. Clearly a vaporware / scam situation.

      Provided Elio Motors a non-refundable deposit of $100 to deliver a new **** Car 10 years ago. The company has shown no intention of delivering a vehicle and scamming a least ****** others for their deposits. I would welcome being part of a class action lawsuit for my refund and interest.I would be glad to provide a receipt for my deposit if a lawsuit requires it.

      In 2014 I paid a deposit on an **** Automobile. They kept pushing the date back, many years and have never delivered. Most recent estimate was end of 2022. The Reservation website that was available for us to see you deposit and information was taken down many years ago and they have not sent out an email to me or others on an update since 2014 or 2015. They have taken Millions in deposit money and still almost 9 years later still not delivered on a vehicle. Now they are taking new deposits and such on an Electric version of the vehicle and still haven't completed the Gas version. They should have a website where we can login and view our reservation, the link should be on their website clearly displayed so we can login to it. They should also be sending at least Yearly, but preferred would be at least twice a year or even monthly.
