Fantastic Job!**** was the project manager for my building. He did all the extra works that were not part of the contract, he wanted to make sure all loose ends were properly handled so I could enjoy my new building which turned out much better than expected!***** was the initial consultant, he monitored the project from the beginning to the end which lasted for over a year due to permit issue.If you are planning to have this company to set up a building for you. I have had a great experience working with **** and his team at Southwest Building Solutions in having them build my shop. They were very thorough in every dealing with the construction of the shop from having replacement parts on site with in the day of discovery and was a head of schedule for completion. We recently had Southwest Building Solutions construct a shop for us. The sales team and project manager were very professional. They communicated well and sent progress pictures along the way. The *** team did a super fabulous job. Barring an occasional management/customer communication glitch that would arise , I can't extol these guys enough. I am very pleased with the quality of the building's materials and it's construction. Their field crew is above and beyond "awesome". ***** and his buddies have a work ethic that is not witnessed too often these days anymore. On station by 0530/0600 every morning, a 40X60X18 shop was up and completed in about a month. Shout out and thanks to ***** and ***** for all your hard work and dilligent efforts in putting all the other pieces of the puzzle together from permitting to satellite contractors (dirtwork, concrete, and door guys). If you're looking for a quality building and team to handle the construction project from start to finish Southwest is your best choice. From design to completion this team was on point through the entire operation. They are easy to talk to, communicate well, and answered every question I had (and I had a lot of them). My project was not without its challenges. Southwest proved over and over again they were up to the task and minimized any impact on us. This alone is reason enough to validate my choice to work with Southwest.I can't speak highly enough of everyone involved the in the project. A great team and one I would recommend to anyone. My only outstanding wish is that I'm fortunate enough to have an opportunity to employ them again.Review from Brad and Terry R

Literally from start to finish, Southwest Building Solutions exceeded expectations and constructed an outstanding building for **! *** and ***** were always courteous, professional, friendly, and responsive to questions - their customer service was superb. **** and his team of on-site builders were constantly working - no slackers here! We were especially impressed by the professionalism and skill of **** and team - for being such young guys, their work ethic and attention to detail was beyond excellent. Our building was done far before the estimated completion date and we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Southwest Building Solutions to anyone looking for a high-quality building at a fair price!Review from Mark L

First of all I am extremely happy with my new South West Building Soulutions shop they built for me! From the day I placed my order to completion was 5 months sooner than the contract completion date! ***** at sales and ***** the project manager could not have treated me better, always keeping me up to date on the progress of the building. ***** and his crew who erected the building did a fantastic job. Everyones attention to detail was spot on! Originally I thought about being an owner contractor and subbing everything out, I am so glad I didnt go that route! With SBC there was no stress or headaches, and their warranty is a bonus. In closing I would like to thank ***** again for his thoughtful gift upon completion. Everyone I interacted with was *******************, on time, and took the time to answer questions. Building turned out great would definitely recommend to anyone looking to build.
