I am a longtime patient of Serenity at the ******** location in ******* and have had issues with the practice that I am no longer willing to deal with. I have had unprofessional and what I consider mentally abusive treatment by the therapist there. I currently am needing a refill for a prescribed medication that I cannot go off of without side effects. I am told I need to come in to see the doctor which I am willing to do - except I currently have COVID and there are no appointments available for more than 30 days. I was told that I had no choice but to go off my medication and wait until the appointment by a receptionist who doesn't understand that is not medically sound - ******. Then I got put off by two others. I have had this problem in the past just once and *************** worked out getting me some bridge medication until an appointment was available. Now I am being told to go to an emergency room - I am sick with COVID - if I want to continue my medication. This is completely reflective of the dissatisfactory and uncaring treatment I have experienced. I am not willing to take medically unsound advice from this provider and will look for another. I want to report this irresponsible and unethical occurrence. I won't even go into the awful experience I have with my provider during a very traumatic time in my life with essentially losing a family member. This company deserves its F rating and will likely do nothing to make this right. I am reporting this in case I have any medical repercussions from their negligent actions - they are responsible. I have called several people to try to work out a solution as done once before and they choose to leave me hanging.

This place is crazy. Find help elsewhere. The Doctor I saw was rude impolite and not worth the time or energy. Do not seek help here.
