              I called Lab Express on 6/10/21 and asked them if they had the testing supplies for stool culture, ova and parasites, and giardia. **************** said they would send the necessary supplies to the Lab Express in ******** and I could pick them up on 6/11/21 after 10am. I went there on 6/12/21 and ****** at the ******** location had no idea what I was talking about. I received a call from **************** on 6/14 and was told that yes, the supplies were delivered on 6/12 and ****** was confused. They said I could go to ******** and pick up the testing kit. I went there on 6/15 and the woman there gave me 2 bottles to put the stool samples in. I went back there on 6/16 to turn in my samples and was told by the same girl that was there yesterday that she gave me the WRONG supplies. I was so frustrated that I left.
