Great products and service! We bought two XL Organic latex mattresses in 2013 (almost 10 years ago!) and have been very happy with the mattresses and the customer service. We wanted ********************** to avoid the potential health issues associated with foam mattresses and the owner was very helpful in answering our questions as to which ones to purchase. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable, we push them together to make a King size bed, and are still in great shape 9+ years later. I am putting in a new order for my son so he can also have a nice bed in his new apartment after college.

We bought latex mattress topper and their Combi-Zone Pocket Coil Spring Base, latex mattress toppers, mattress covers for 3 beds and we had no problems whatsoever. It's been more than 5 years ago now. Now is the time to buy another topper. Just wanted to let other people know that this company is good and you will not find better deal anywhere else. I purchased a new coil system from Arizona Premium Mattress (also known as *** Mattress), but received a used and/or refurbished/repaired coil system. This merchant sent a coil system that had been repaired and patched. He denied the obvious condition and refused to manage a return. Buyer beware. Totally false, we have an outstanding reputation and we don't ship used or refurbished coils. What she received was a coil system that has a fabric overlay to simply protect the coils during unpacking at our factory. On a rare occasion that fabric can get small tears which are purely cosmetic and have no affect on the performance of the item. We will then repair the area which again is purely cosmetic and has no bearing on the durability or performance of the coil. I would say that at least 50% of these coils used in today's mattresses have small cosmetic imperfections but you never see them because they are encased in the mattress materials. This customer bought a raw mattress coil with no outer covering and is complaining about something that happens every day is normal for the industry.Customer Response

This is a complete misrepresentation. The coil system that this company sent to me had clearly been repaired. In addition to the tears in the fabric, some of the coils had clearly been replaced (and poorly at that). This is evidenced by the following. The original coils are all uniform height, spacing, and orientation, but the replaced coils are signifcantly shorter than the surrounding coils, the replaced coils are oriented differently from the original coils, there also appears to be an additional encasement around those coils, there is thick adhesive on the replaced coil, and there is a large patch with a sticky adhesive mess in the same location. In addition, the coil system was poorly packed. It appears that the company does not own the proper equipment to properly pack the coil system, as the coils are unevenly compressed and distorted. Coils systems from reputable mattress manufacturers are very evenly compressed and evenly rolled, so that the coils and materials are not damaged.
