Absolutely useless company! Rude, unhelpful, ignore the customer and then they didnt even turn up!They were the company given me from the Lowes Protection plan!!!!!!. It said after booking that they would be there for the fridge repair on Tuesday August 15th between 8-12noon. It also said that i would receive a confirmation from them. Well guess what neither of those happened! So on Monday August 14th at approx 3:30pm I called them(RUNYON APPLIANCE) because they close at 4pm and got this rude woman who proceeded to tell me that they were coming the next day between 1-5PM, needless to say I was ANNOYED. I had made sure my morning was free and she then tells me that they decided it was more CONVENIENT for them 1-5pm and that basically they could change it at their whim. They had made NO EFFORT to contact me, NO confirmation of the appt. So we get to August 15th, I had to move things around because of their decision to CHANGE my appt to suit them!SO nobody called, I waited and waited and waited NOTHING! Nobody called and I have still heard nothing!!!!!!! RUNYON APPLIANCE NEVER TURNED UP!!!!!!!!!!I realise that Lowes probably use the cheapest company and usually that means they can be unreliable and low standard. RUNYON APPLIANCE certainly meets those.

I was forced to use this business due to my extended warranty through Lowes. Every time I need service they are unable to get the parts on a timely manner or they cancel appointments without out giving you a call. My current interaction with them has been another nightmare. I have been without a washing for over a month and 1/2. I keep calling because they say they havent received the parts needed to fix the machine. They say they call to schedule an appointment to come out and lie that they told me that they had the part but that I hung up on them. This is a complete lie. Who would hang up on someone that says they are coming out to fix your appliance. I will never again purchase from Lowes because Runyon and not wanting to deal with their lack of professionalism and lack of communication. I would have given them zero stars but in order to give a review I had to put one star.Review from Wendy H

This company cam out to fix my brand new refrigerator 2 months ago. Said it was the motherboard they would have to order it. 2 weeks later I called them only to learn it was backordered. Last week they notified us the part came in and they were scheduled to come today between 1-5pm to fix it. Lights were flashing and no freezer light but it still kept things cold. The technician came and put in the new part. Now the whole refrigerator is dead. He made an attempt to fix it. While my husband took our puppy out back to potty the technician left. No word on what happens next. The company stops answering the phone at 4:00pm. We are stuck with a completely dead refrigerator on Good Friday of Easter weekend. No emergency contact number and no way to reach them until Monday morning. Im not impressed. They get 1 star only because Im required to leave at least one and there are no negative star options.Review from Suzanne S

This company prioritizes clear communication with its clients. They are pro-active in working with clients to effect all-around good solutions to sticky situations. My refrigerator was still under warranty so I needed to send proof of purchase. They verified the warranty was still good - for parts and labor - and the next day I got a call to schedule the repair. Technician arrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the faulty part. Technician was friendly, competent and professional.Review from Suzan K

Took three tries and two months to finally repair our microwave. Repair failed after 6 months when the same issue developed again. A study in incompetence and poor customer service
