Once Again, another great experience with the **************************** Plumbing and Drains team. Today ****** and ******* came out to address a slow drain. They quickly assessed the problem, let me know what the plan of action was and spent the next hour or so making the repairs. They are an honest group of hard-working folks. Further they treated me and my family like true professionals. The are a credit to the trade! Thanks Day and Night!

****** was right on time and appreciated him calling me when he was on the way and approximate arrival time. He flushed put the water heater and said all looks good. He is always courteous and answers any questions I have. Very pleasant and always cleans up the area good. A real asset to your company! ***** H

Been a customer with this company for some 10 years. Aside from a few plumbing issues a few years ago (resolved to my satisfaction) It seems they have made positive changes in *********************** and customer service. Overall, they are good reputable company.Most recent service was to replace the water service line. *********** arrived on time and completed the job in less than a day. Very professional & respectful. Very informative. Great customer service. Cleaned up well after the job was done. Completely satisfied with their work. I dealt mainly with **** who has a great personality. Highly recommend.

****, ****, and ****** did a great job installing our system. They worked nonstop from 6:30 AM so we would have our system in place and working by the afternoon. They had walled everything off with plastic to minimize the need for cleanup, but then did a great job of tidying up before leaving. Very happy with their work.

The *** Valve has broken on our new air conditioning unit. This unit was purchased in November 2022 by "********** Air Conditioning." ********** has since gone out of business, and on the website for Day and Night Heating and Cooling, the following text is present, "We are pleased to announce that ********** and **************************** have joined forces. **************************** has been in the air conditioning business and plumbing business for 44 years ... What does this mean for you? No major changes." The **** Minimum Workmanship Standards section, Air Conditioning and Heating, Part 7 states: Equipment Fails. Contractor should correct deficiency if within one year or within limits of manufactures warranty. **************************** has stated that they have "bought the phone number" but is not responsible for any work completed by the company they acquired. They have quoted us $2500 to fix the *** Valve and we have asked to see a breakdown of the work, and they will not provide us with an itemized list of repairs. However, this appears to be covered under the *** Minimum Workmanship Standards that they have, since buying/acquiring the original business.

The service and quick response was beyond measure. The technician was friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained everything every step of the way and waited until the temperature dropped peak level before leaving. I highly recommend to anyone needing AC service/repair.

The two technicians that came over to fix my AC last Thursday were amazing. I can say this. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable any and all questions were answered and explained. I was shown pictures and videos of the problem areas which showed me they hold their integrity high and I value that The technicians conducted themselves in the most professional manner possible .
