***** is very professional and does an excellent job in his inspection. Upon approaching my year end warranty on my new home, i decided to hire an inspector to check the builders work. Thank God i did! ***** pointed out items i would have never been aware of, things that could be costly to myself in the future. He provided a detailed report with photos the same day. My builder accepted the report and setup a work date to fix everything. Most items i could see they were done but the roof I couldnt and ***** came back to review the work. Thank God again because they only did a patch job that did not correct the issue. ***** also pointed out a few other things that were not addressed properly. He does a vey efficient job and i would definitely recommend him. At this point i know my builder is not pleased, but i am! Thank you *****!

***** was so good and thorough. A great value for the scope of his work and reporting. I used him as the home was just coming up on a year old, and we wanted to see what the builder may need to ****** only regret is I didn't use him on the pre-sale inspection a year ago, as he was SO MUCH better and found issues my last inspector did not, but should have!AZ Superior Home Inspections

3/28/2024. I asked *********************** to inspect my home back in Nov. '23 which he readily accepted and completed very professionally. He delivered a very detailed and complete report that I immediately presented to my home builder. After the repairs were made, I asked ***** if he would be willing to come back out for a quick re-inspection of a couple of areas of concern. He again accepted and performed a quick re-inspection plus tightened up a loose s**** and clamp for the bonding wire for the gas pipe outside. Despite my insistence on paying him for the re-inspection, he refused. I've never had this happen to me before and wasn't sure how to respond. He said this is his customer service. Man, ***** is the most honest businessman I've encountered, ever - and I've been on this planet for more than 6 decades. ;-)Wish there were more folks like *****. ***** is a model of integrity that should inspire us all!AND, he really knows "the ropes" about home building and all the codes and regulations!Thx *****!!!--****** :-)AZ Superior Home Inspections

Easy to get an appointment. ***** was punctual, friendly and very professional. Very thorough inspection took just over 4 hours. When finished he went over the summary report which he printed in color for me and explained in detail his findings. Few hours later full report sent via email. We needed someone to conduct a thorough home inspection prior to our one year new construction home warranty runs out. We saw a marketing brochure for AZ Superior Home Inspections so we called to setup an appointment. ***** answered and quickly setup a *********** that worked for us both, and on the planned date, he arrived right on time and fully prepared to get started. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing, advised us of any potential issues and/or areas of concern, had great attention to details. After completing his inspection, he went over all areas of concern or in need of repair thoroughly and in easy-to-understand terms. Before he left, he gave us a color copy of his Summary Report and reviewed everything in with us and answered all of our questions. Additionally, a short while later he emailed us a copy of both the Summary and Full Length Inspection Report, along with a copy of the Paid In Full Invoice. Wow! What service! Overall it was a great experience, and we really appreciate all that he did for the reasonable charge for his time and expertise! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND AZ Superior Home Inspections and will definitely use him again. Kudos for a job well done!AZ Superior Home Inspections

Highly recommend this Inspector!. ***** is very knowledgeable and through in looking over homes. He has done inspections for MANY HOMES I have helped buyers purchase over the last 12 years. ***** has done the 1-Year Warranty Inspection on a New Construction home also. He was a huge asset to the family in finding problems the builder corrected that *** have otherwise gone unnoticed after the warranty expired. ***** is good at explaining the issue is simple terms and going into more detail if needed. 5 STARS *************************** - HomeSmart RealtorAZ Superior Home Inspections
