      No product was delivered. Nothing has been ordered. I keep getting charges on my credit card with no explanation. The bank has blocked my card from being used by Wholesale Health Club. But I still have charges showing in my billing.

      This business is listed on my bank statement for a credit of $19.83 on 06/16/25. Today I noticed an electronic check receipt for a credit of $19.83 issued today, 07/13/25. I called the number on my bank statement associated with Wholesale Health Club. There is no evidence that I ordered anything, no record of my email address or phone number. Was told to talk to my bank about it; which I will tomorrow. They have somehow accessed my bank account, not my debit card. I really felt like I was getting the run around.

      This company has taken $19.83 from my account starting on 3/17/25 and every month subsequently to present. (7/12/25) The amount comes out around the same dates every month. I have NEVER signed up for this. I have reached out 3 times to cancel or dispute this charge and it has gone unanswered. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income for my family of 5 and this charge is not ok. I need this to be handled and for them to stop charging my account.

      Similar to other folks here, I dont recall ever signing up for this and this business continues to try to charge me almost $20 every few weeks for who knows what. *** received no products. I even got a cancellation notice from them but they continue to try to charge me. ******* has issued me 3 - yes THREE - new debit cards due to the amount of times this scam company has charged me and I reported the charge as fraud each time.

      I have been charged $19.83 twice for a membership with Wholesale Health Club, which I never approved. The first transaction was on June 10, 2025 and the second was June 23, 2025. I have NEVER made any commitments to this company and never purchased products or subscriptions. I want this "subscription" cancelled and my information removed promptly from this compant. It would be appropriate for all of this money refunded to me immediately.

      a charge from the subject firm appeared on *****. debit account which I had not made or authorized. I notified my bk of a fraud charge. bk declined the trash action, cancelled my debit card and issues a new card. within days of the receipt and activation of the new card a card appeared from the same company in the same amount. again the bk denied the charge, cancelled my card and issued a new card, once again the same charge appeared on the new card and the resolution process with the bank *** repeated. this went 4 times. I now have a new card which I fear activating for fear the issue will appear yet again. we have made our best efforts to research the charging company and we have learned that many people have gone through the same thing with the charging company and for the same amount of money. in some cases the BBB became involved and found the charging company claiming we had ordered an ongoing membership with a monthly fee. we had not. BBB was able to cause the charging company to cancel the [so called] membership and the charges ceased. this is the outcome I seek from BBB.

      if the membership (which I never asked for in the first place) was cancelled in May why hav they continued to charge/ access my debit card on 3 occasions after cancellation. With each new charge effort they were able access the NEW debit card # including the three digit security#. Resulting in the cancellation of the card and reissue of a new card. The process was repeated on3 occasions after yet another effort on their part to collect funds via debit card. This continued through the first 3 weeks of June. I am not seeking a refund as my bk fortunately recognised unusual activity on my debit card and declined the charge. Im seeking assurance the no further effort to access funds via a debit card charge can or will be made.

      Being billed for a product I never purchased or ordered dont know how this company got my info smh got me 5 times for $19.83 which comes to $99.15 please help

      I received 2 emails from this company the 1st one stating they are having trouble charging the amount to my account. The 2nd one stating that my account has been cancelled. I have never even heard of this before. I didn't even know how they received my information.
