Regarding order #EA02606042 Made a purchase on 8/30/2021 for the eight-hour lotion and ordered the wrong product (meant to order eight hour skin PROTECTANT). I then ordered the correct product after my attempt to call and switch order before it was sent was denied. I was told to return the first purchase immediately after I received it, which I did. On 9/1/2021. It is now 10/14 and I have not received my refund and have been told three times by three different people over the past 2 weeks that it is being refunded and it hasn't happened. My attempts to call and email, have been unsuccessful. My bank statement shows two withdrawals from Elizabeth Arden. One on 9/2 for ***** and one on 9/1 for *****. The latter was returned and is the refund I am currently due. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I BOUGHT TWO $100 GIFT CARDS TO THE RED DOOR/MYD SPA SALON.THEY CLOSED THEIR DOORS IN ALL CASES.THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE SOLD THE CARDS KNOWING THEY WERE GOING BANKRUPT.I AM OUT OF $200.00.NEED REFUND OR SOME RESOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM.IM SURE WHOEVER OWNS RED DOOR/MYND SPA SALON HAS MADE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.Initial Complaint

Order EA02 60 23 88 I ordered $254.00 worth of cosmetic items I never received. I paid for this order via Afterpay which allowed me to spread out the payments. I rec'd notification the package was delivered, waited suggested three days to see if the package showed up and then on 8/31/21 I contacted E. Arden CS to request a refund when the package was determined lost. On 9/2/21 I was told my refund would be processed with **** business days. I still havnt seen the refund BUT am receiving emails from Afterpay indicating I will be charged for an installment payment even through this order was processed as a refund, apparently E. Arden has not informed Afterpay of the refund. I foresee being double charged for this if the issue is not corrected soon. Concurrently with the above, I also contacted Afterpay, from whom I was assured via an auto reply that the order would be 'taken care of' accordingly. I DID contact E. On June 7 my return on order # EA02517394 was received via ***** tracking number ************. This was their provided return label. To date I have not received the refund. For the last few weeks I have called ********** regarding this and am told it is being escalated to the supervisor but still nothing gets done. I have also emailed ************************************************* and after a week was told to call the same number I had been calling. Please help me finalize this refund so I don't continue to aggravate myself with these phone calls that get no action.
