Due to an unfortunate flood at my home that destroyed nearly everything I had the opportunity to work with Service Master / Tactical Restoration. I rarely take the opportunity to write or post a review but I was so impressed with their work I felt compelled to acknowledge their professionalism, dedication, and desire to make things right. It has made this unfortunate situation much easier to bare and I felt it was only right to post about the amazing job that they did in restoring my home. Everyone I met from day one was extremely nice and polite. Every employee that came to my home expressed how they just wanted to make things right for me and get me back into my home ASAP. They all conducted themselves in a professional manner and were all, by far, some of the nicest individuals I have ever met. This was evident in every phase of the job. ********************** was the lead Contractor and he was excellent to work with from the start. He answered all of my emails, calls and concerns in a timely manner. He has a very positive attitude and made this very unfortunate situation easier to endure. I absolutely never want to experience this again but if it did happen again I would, absolutely, hire this company to complete the work. I am confident that if ******* is the Lead, it will be done right with a high level of quality and workmanship.Review from Keith K

It is our pleasure to provide a recommendation for ServiceMaster by Tactical Restoration, for the mitigation and restoration work that they performed for us. We had a pipe burst in the wall. The project was managed very thoroughly. Their response was quick and efficient, their pricing was fair, they worked closely with our insurance company, and communicated very well with us through-out the process. We were very impressed with their professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail. We would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others should the need arise. *****

I had water damage inside the walls. My restroom had to get demolished. Tactical Restoration crew did such an amazing job. They were always on time, very respectful of my property. ***** always kept me informed through out the entire process. I am very thankful for everything they done for me. Thank you very much. A third of our house had to be demolished and rebuilt when the septic tank backed up into the house, flooding the bathroom and three adjoining rooms with sewage. Fortunately, insurance covered most of the cost to **************** and his team at Tactical were amazing throughout the entire process, from demolition to restoration. I cannot begin to say enough good things about ***** and his team at Tactical Restoration. As an 18 year insurance agent, my clients call me all the time when things have gone wrong at their home. Several years ago, I was referred to ***** by a 30 year homeowners insurance claims adjustor and ever since then, ***** and his team have been my go-to restoration company for all of my clients restoration needs. Recently, my own water heater burst and so ***** was my very first call. He personally came over to my house, straight away, gave me honest and valuable advice that only a knowledgeable and experienced expert would be able to provide, walked me through all of my options, and helped me dry out my house, clean up the water damage, and prevent mold growth. He made an absolutely awful situation so much better and easier to deal with. A little over 2 days later it was like nothing had ever happened. And to top it all off, ***** couldn't be a nicer guy. It's just a pleasure doing business with people that you actually like, and ***** is as likeable as they come.
