Our company has a loan with Mission Financial with monthly payments.Our February payment was delayed and we contacted the office to indicate it would be delayed. We were met with abuse from ************************* and disrespect. We paid a portion of the payment and they issued a pick up order for our equipment that was used as collateral. I believe this company needs to be investigated for his discriminatory practices towards minoritiesBusiness response

Mission Financial Services and all of its employees operate at the highest standards of the fair debt collection act and the moral code of ethnics. Our summary of events are as follows:
On 10/03/23, ****************** and **************************************** signed a Commercial Note and Security Agreement for an operating capital loan on a 2009 Utility Reefer Trailer for eleven thousand, four hundred, seventy and 0/100 dollars ($11,470.00). The contract calls for 15 payments of nine hundred, twenty-six and 10/100 dollars ($926.10) to be paid beginning 11/03/23 and continuing on the third day of each month until paid in full. Payments on the accounts have been rendered on 11/06/23 (3 days past due), 12/15/23 (12 days past due) and 02/12/24 (40 days past due). Account manager informed ****************** on 03/01 that Mission was unable to hold his account and was subject to further collection activity would be requested on the account if a full past due was rendered. Customer made a partial payment on 03/01 in the amount ****** of for the February payment at 27 days past due, leaving the account due ****** due on the account. Subsequent payments were received from the online portal in the amount of ****** on 02/03, ****** on 03/06 and ****** on 03/08 when the account was 34 days delinquent. As of the writing of this response, the account is still delinquent for the March payment in the amount of ******. On 03/11, Mission received a call from ****************** requesting a payment arrangement for 03/26 for the full past due at 23 days past due. Mission has accepted this arrangement and the placed the repossession order on hold. If the paymetn is not received on the 26th as promised, Mission will release the repossession hold and proceed with the collection of the account.
