I have worked with Openworks for about three years. They have been very responsive with questions either with follow-up phone calls or emails. The Performance team has a hands-on knowledge of the daily tasks and the occasional challenge that arises. They can give advice and solutions to us and my team members so at the end of the day the customer is happy with the service. This team from Openworks understands that maintaining solid communication from top down to bottom up is what it takes to have a successful relationship within the Openworks chain and just as importantly, the owner of the building.
