Lash appt. on 6/18/21, the tech put glue too close to my eyes resulting in a severe irritation requiring medical attention on 6/21/21. I had to miss work/income and pay a co-pay at the doctors. On 7/21/21, the studio pushed my appt. time back due to schedule conflicts. 8/04/21 my lash appt. was canceled by the studio because someone booked my appt. too close to another appt. On 8/11/21 the studio canceled my rescheduled appt. because the tech was out. I explained that a total of 3 appts. have been changed since the contract started, and that I am self-employed. Each rescheduled appt. cost me to lose hundreds of dollars in income. I asked for a refund for the month of Aug., as no service had been used and my card was charged. The ************* refused to allow a refund and was extremely rude! I have had to pay a ************** lost hundreds of dollars in income three times, I want my contract canceled and a refund for Aug, due to my inconvience and loss of money!
