MY INSURANCE CO SENT THEM TO MY HOUSE TO FIX A LIGHT IN THE LIVING ROOM AND AFTER THEY LEFT THE **** SOCKETS IN THE LIVING ROOM AND THE BEDROOM DONT WORK AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY 225 TO GET IT CHECKED OUT .i DON'T THINK THAT IS FAIR BECAUSE THE **** SOCKETS WERE WORKING BEFORE THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE SO NOW THE LIGHT IS NOT FIXED AND I HAVE 3 **** SOCKETS THAT DON'T WORKReview from Mykala P

I called Sunbelt because my garage outlets were not working. ***** was sent out to my home and he was amazing! He arrived on time and was able to resolve my electrical issue within 15 minutes! He was very efficient and he took the time to explain to me what was going on. He has put my mind at ease knowing my electrical is in good, working order. I cannot thank Sunbelt and ***** enough for the amazing experience! I will be recommending Sunbelt Electric from now on!Review from Mark T

I made repeated requests for a manager or supervisor to contact me with no response. A technician from Sunbelt Electric came to my home to replace a broken circuit breaker. He informed me that he did not have the correct part, and then assured me that he would return the following week to replace the breaker. Within minutes, I received a call from my home warranty company (Old Republic) stating that the service was not covered due to repeated use of the circuit breaker (on/off). At no time did the technician mention this false accusation during his visit. Sunbelt Electric Inc. has no ethical standards and should not be in business.Review from Rocco J

**** was excellent. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He also was kind enough to give me some advice and a ballpark figure on a different potential job that I may have done at some point. We would definitely use Sunbelt again.Review from Kiki C

Read the many, many negative reviews on this company before you allow your warranty company to engage them. They will frustrate you, waste your time, and in our case they even lied to us to get out of doing the work that they should be doing. This experience has been a comedy of errors, minus the humor. Candy and Miekaela (sp?) are unhelpful, AJ, the supervisor, is apathetic and disingenuous. *** the technician is downright unprofessional and should never be placed in a customer-facing situation. Their technician was dispatched by home warranty company to my property in order to repair a ceiling fan. The technician did not even attempt to fix the fan. He just looked at it and said it cannot be fixed. Then Sunbelt Electric charged my warranty company $75, which passed onto us. I advised my home warranty company to never call on Sunbelt Electric again; their company is not welcomed on our property any longer.Review from FZ

Their technician **** was dispatched by home warranty company to my property in order to repair a ceiling fan. This was second claim on the same fan and the warranty company dispatched the same company and same technician. He goes there and does not fix anything. Insists on fan needing a remote while the tenant tells him there was never a remote and fan worked using light switch. Technician does not go up a ladder to check on the fan and insists on a remote. I called the company and they said tenant to provide a ladder.This was a waste of money. Two copays paid to same company.
