              I visitors Smile Now back in 2020 shortly after I got engaged. I went to smile now yo ensure that my smile would be perfect for the big day. I have not been serviced 100% yet they have been paid 100%. I took out a loan to cover the dental expenses because at the time I did not have dental care. I also paid out of pocket $1,000. After my visit in 2020 my next appointment was April 2021. After that I never heard back from anyone at smile now until the following September. They stated they had changed their name , number and some other buisness changes were made. With all that being said I am still left with undone work done to my teeth. During that time I lost communication i stopped making payment on my dental account which only hurt me in the long run. After serveral visits to the dentist my teeth as still not fixed. I requested a refund due to the long wait and they are only willing to refund me $500 **** Originally he only was going to refund me $350. After they promised me my teeth would be done for my wedding. I am now in the whole with the loan and it is hurting my credit tremendously. I am looking for a solution with this problem.
