1 star only because I was forced in order to write a review. I had money transferred directly into my ******** branch so I could buy a car. Went in a week later to get a cashier check made out to a **** dealership and they treated me like I was stealing my own money. 1 hour later, I had to PROVE to them where I transferred my money from! I had emails, branch manager from my other bank on speaker. She emailed me transfer forms! UNBELIEVABLE! My other bank has NEVER heard of this EVER!! they never apologized. Continued to treat me horrible and disrespectful! The worst bank and pathetic excuse for management on the planet!

Impressively bad. Their ATMs in ********* are regularly out of service evenings and weekends (ya know, the times you need an ATM), their hours are weirdly limited, and if they flag your account for any reason they'll never tell you--you'll just stop being able to deposit checks via ATM, but with a generic error warning that doesn't let you know you need to go in to the branch and clear a hold.
