******** is a representative for the collection **** and could not be more rude and ignorant. I understand people have a job to do but she clearly has no people skills and her only attribute is being condescending and discriminatory. She actually asked if my son was handicapped or special needs because he did not relay a message to me or his father. This company should be disgusted with the behavior of their employee and to boot the debt they are claiming we owe was already rectified.

Sent to collections after a second time for the same balance. All I did was call to verify the amount and they hit me again. Their website is also not secure for making payment. Do not trust these people. I paid a balance, and will be pursuing legal action.Kenneth Eisen & Associates Response

After a review of this complaint, the information contained within is false, and not a true depiction of the events related to this claim. The credit bureaus are updated on a monthly basis, at the end of each month. Our payment portal is secure, and meets all aspects of PCI compliance and security. We have reached out to this consumer in an effort to dispel his misconceptions, but he has not responded.Review from David A

Absolutely horrible! Trying to recover is hard enough, being hassled 10x in day regarding a debt of $350 is ridiculous. Collector does not follow law. Lies and states original debt is with hospital and they just accept collection payments. Called hospital, hospital stated debt was sold. Staff is rude, insulting, and lies. Even in payment agreement on A **** THEY BOUGHT AND LIED ABOUT, they still report you in default after entering into a new payment contract -when you have been making payments! Soulless pieces of human waste! I hope they all burn in ****. Rude as **** for someone trying to collect money as well. I feel they are a bit cognitively delayed as a whole.Kenneth Eisen & Associates Response

After reviewing this complaint, it appears this may be misdirected to the wrong company. Kenneth, Eisen & Associates does not provide collection services for any hospitals, does not purchase hospital or medical accounts, nor do we call consumers 10 times per day. The comments about credit reporting are also inaccurate. Please disregard this complaint - it is not valid.
