I ordered a dress from S/A Formal in *******, **. The amount I paid for the dress was $129. I believe I ordered the dress at the end of March 2024. I still have not received the dress of todays date - May 4. 2024. I have contacted the company several times asking for w refund. Their website says this is an option. At first they said they couldnt refund me until I received the dress and returned it. Now they say they are sorry but the order cannot be filled. I dont know why they said the ordered had been shipped when in reality it had never been shipped. Now they want to give me a store credit. I dont want a store credit. I want to be refunded in the original form of payment. I have told them this but they refuse to refund the amount due. I purchased the dress for a wedding which has now passed. I placed ORDER #***** on 5/8/22 for The "Gardenia" Short Sleeve Dress for $112.50. I never received the dress after several months of back & forth communication almost begging for them to act, they would not refund me for the dress, they would only issue a store credit. On 7/30/23 I placed ORDER #***** for two womens tops,(1) The Cadence Short Sleeve Knitted Blouse & (1) The Posh Short Sleeve Mesh Shirt totaling $149.98. The ordered never shipped, the order was never received by me & the company has stopped responding to my emails when Ive explicitly requested a refund. 2/2/24 was the last time they responded with this message: Thank you so much for letting us know, I have escalated your case to our team, they will recheck and then refund it to you as soon as possible. Thus, we appreciate your patience during this time and apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. Regards, SA Formal No one from SA Formal ever contacted me to let me know how my case was escalated. I heard nothing from them. My last email attempt to get a ***************** was sent on 3/18/24. I received this automated message Your request (*****) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. No one from support staff contacted me. Hello, I placed an order for two dresses on 3/16/2024 in the amount of $213.73. I received a confirmation email on 3/16/2024 and a shipment email on 3/19/2024. As of April 29, 2024, I still dont have a package. The tracking number takes me to a site that gives no information and shows no movement. I have about 12 emails to their customer support, which responds with canned messages through Zendesk. The address on the site is not accurate and reflects a *******, ******* address, but they are based in *****. I used Afterpay and initiated a dispute through them, but they were not helpful and went with the same canned response that the company gave me. This is a fraudulent company. I have requested a refund twice, but they refuse to offer that option.Initial Complaint

I ordered a skirt in April 11th. On the 15th the package information was sent to a shipping carrier. But the shipping carrier still has not recieved the package. I have email the company 5 times asking for more accurate shipping because I need it for a specific date. The first 4 emails they didnt even read and just send me the tracking information, even though I sent a screen shot of the shipping carrier company not having the package yet. The package has still not shipped and I requested them to cancel and refund but they claim its on its way. I called the carrier and they do not have the package yet. The company will not respond accurately to my emails or requests and just responds with the response they want.Initial Complaint

I ordered $710.94 worth of clothing July 24, 2023 and never received the shipment. I reached out to customer service starting October 11, 2023 (allowing what seemed to be ample time to receive and international shipment), and was told that they encountered an unexpected issue with the shipment process, which has resulted in a delay in shipping out a significant number of orders. I opted to give it a little more time, though through multiple emails over months with no response, I asked to be refunded on April 9, 2024. They are now telling me that is past their 30 day window for returns and that they will offer me a gift card/store credit, but cant refund my money. I obviously have no interest in shopping with them ever again, so a gift card does me no good. That, and since I never received the product, I dont wee how a 30-day return window policy is even doable. I just want the money back and there is no other resolution for this. I purchased dresses from them. When they arrived, they were not what I expected. I reached out requesting to return and a refund (per their policy) and they've stated I can only get a store credit. I have ordered a jacket from SA FORMAL on February 4th 2024 and I have not received it nor my money back . The customer service representative ************************ that it is on the way and it neverrr came and then when I called them they hung up on me and said it was lost in transit. This is not the first that Ive heard about this companys dishonesty. I have seen on bbb that others had the same complaint. SA FORMAL STYLES has sent e-mail after email claiming to refund me . I do believe that this vm company is fraudulent as it is now April 24th. Please help me retrieve my money and shut them a fraudulent so called business down.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of shoes from this company that I found it in instagramAfter one month I received it but my shoes were damaged ( because they didnt put them in the box .they put it in plastic bag) when I received them I took some pictures of them and sent an email to them.they accepted that they had mistake, when I asked them a free label for postage, they told me you must pay postage fee. This is a scam, this company says that even though we made the mistake, we will not pay for the postage to force the customer to not return the item. I ordered two pairs of shoes on November 6th, 2023. The order number is #*****. The shoes never came. I contacted SA formal 7 times. They eventually provided me with a gift card on March 3rd, 2024. I repurchased the shoes using the gift card. I never received an order # or confirmation of purchase. I then contacted SA formal who was evasive and told me to repurchase. I believe they are running a fraudulent business. And never intended to send me anything.Initial Complaint

I ordered three dresses in Nov 2023 i paid about $375 To date I have not been able to get a refund or replacement for the purchase. I get several explaination including item out of stock and unable to fill the order. Multiple email requests and calls yield only stock responses, ive been hung up on and no resolution is offered. additionally, the company offers me $20 store credit which makes no sense. they want me to order more with out delivering anything.
