Dont buy a car from them and dont trust them.Six months ago, I bought a *** from GB Automotive.When I bought the vehicle, the back hatch wouldnt open automatically, so I paid them to have it repaired and they told me to bring it back. It took me 4 months to finally get an appointment to get the vehicle into them. They had my *** for 6 weeks. I tried calling them, texting them and emailing the owners and asked for my money back. I heard nothing from them, even the owner of the dealership on multiple emails.After 6 weeks, they told me they couldnt fix the car to come get it and they would give me my money back.They said my battery was dead, which was a new battery I just bought. They gave me my money back for the back hatch not working but they wouldn't reimburse me for the six weeks I had to use Uber to get to work.The back hatch is still not fixed, and they completely screwed up my electrical system. I have no lights, no blinkers, no backup lights, nothing works. I now must take it to a dealership and spend a lot of money to try to get this fixed because of what they did.Don't trust them, they clearly don't know what they're doing, and they lied about everything.This is a terrible dealership and the and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and Ive had three dishonest dealerships over the years. I would not recommend them, and if you do buy a vehicle from them, take the vehicle, and have a checked out before you buy it. As far as promising to fix anything dont trust them, they clearly dont know what they are doing.
