We purchased a home from Lennar and chose to upgrade the cabinets when building. We pointed out several small problems within the first week of moving in and nearly 19 months later all of the problems are unresolved and have been made even worse each time someone comes to fix them. We have easily had over 10 different appointments and nearly each time they send someone new that has absolutely no idea what is going on. I have had a supervisor out twice (*******) who agreed there were issues and assured me he would send his most senior tech out to correct these issues. When the senior tech came out he told me youre lucky were doing anything for you at all and if ******* said those things he should get off his a** and do it himself. This tech then ripped off pieces of trim with drywall right along with it, replaced the trim with damaged trim and made other areas worse by filling it over and over. The cabinets in the kitchen are uneven in many spots, the doors keep coming loose and hitting one another, the trim on top has started to fall off, has a nail shot through it and many of the nail holes were never filled. ****** and Timberlake are well aware of these problems, yet I continue to get the run around. Timberlake has not shown up to at least 3 scheduled appointments that I can remember off the top of my head, shown up outside of the scheduled time window, or showed up to the appointment without the parts that were supposed to be ordered. One tech showed up without a scheduled appointment in plain clothes and his personal car. He was very nice and it didnt seem to be his fault at all, but he had absolutely no idea what he was even here to do and wasnt able to help. Timberlake seems to be poorly run in general and the quality is absolutely terrible. All I have been asking for is for things that were initially done incorrectly to be fixed and that has not happened at all. My time continues to be wasted and the problems remain unresolved.
