We selected Re-Bath because we had no other option due to the urgency of our bath and our economic situation at that time... BAD DECISION! We paid a lot of money for this repair to our shower, not even the entire bathroom just the shower and we don't think we got our money's worth. A fairly considerable amount of our showers do not even have a bathroom door or the simplest and cheapest door model. Too expensive for all the redoing, plus for reinstalling 3 bathroom bars they charged me a ridiculous amount for each one that I was going to provide, but when they had to refund me for not using the one that the repair included they returned a pittance... We will never recommend Re-Bath to any of our family or friends. We would never make such a bad recommendation to our loved ones.Review from Jeffrey G.

The remodel of my bathroom was poorly done. When I contacted the design consultant about my concerns I was told that they were minor mishaps and he defended their work. When the guy, that was removing the old floor, cut to deep into the sub floor. The board broke and left a hole in the floor. They did not fix the hole. They left the board on the plumbing pipes below. The glass door to the shower does not line up with the glass wall that it closes on. They painted the walls before fixing all of the patching work right. I had to tell them to fix the holes better. The paint job was poor with a lot of light spots that showed through. I had to have them come back to repaint these spots and even then they were not all done and I finished the painting. I paid a lot of money for this remodel and do not believe that I received my money's worth.

I think everyone involved did a good job and was very thoughtful about cleaning up. Had a small problem with the water mixer but it was resolved after several phone calls. Probably would use ReBath again.ReBath LLC Response

I chose Re-Bath because we have only one bathroom and needed the work to be completed quickly. I feel that the workmanship was sub-par..mainly the finish work. I have submitted photos of the poor miter joints and the caulking that was grey when it should have been tan. I have been asked numerous times to complete a review..which I have done and stated the same issued and complaints. I have NOT received any responses. Rest assured..I will NOT recommend Re-Bath...way over-priced for the whole redo....Review from Darren W

The Tacoma ReBath team consisting of ********, ********, ************************, ************************** and ****** did a great job for **! They completed the work quickly while taking care to clean up each day while the bathroom remodel was underway. The finished the bathroom a day faster than was estimated which was a nice surprise. Our family is very happy with the updated bathroom and would suggest them to others looking for a bathroom upgrade.ReBath LLC Response

Worst experience ever! One day schedule more important than quality work!Left a hole in my floor and covered right over trying to hide it. Found mold and just wanted to dry it out. I had to insist the boss drive up to look at it!ReBath LLC Response

I had only the show done, and I'm extremely satisfied. There were multiple savings up front, and the sales person was helpful in choosing the styling. He also understood my financial situation and didn't apply any pressure. The installers were friendly, considerate, and, most of all, excellent at doing the job.
