I took my vehicle to Custom Car Concepts in January 2021 to have the radio replaced. They were informed up front that there were steering wheel controls, a backup camera and a rear-seat screen and they ordered parts individually to hook up all of those. They stated a price and then installed the system. After installation they gave me a different price, stating that they hadn't been told about the steering wheel controls or rear-seat screen. I ended up paying $600 for the parts and service. I took the vehicle home and discovered that the rear-seat screen didn't work at all. I took the vehicle back on multiple occasions for them to try to fix it and they never succeeded. I called them to talk about the system nine times following installation and they said that they'd call me back each time but never once called me. He has falsely stated several times that he was not informed of the rear-seat screen, which is proven false by the fact that he special ordered the parts to hook it up in my vehicle before installation or payment was made. The last time I called I asked for a refund since they never got the rear-seat video player working which I paid extra for but he hung up on me.Currently my vehicle is capable of playing video while the vehicle is in motion on the front screen that is visible to the driver due to the way they set it up and this makes my vehicle not legal to drive on public roads in ******* according to ******* state law 28-963.3.B ("A person shall not operate a motor vehicle with an image display device that is visible to a driver seated in a normal driving position when the vehicle is in motion."). This is not an acceptable solution. I want my money back and I want the radio they installed removed from the vehicle.The first attached picture "Pic1.jpg" shows that the screen does not stop playing video while the vehicle is in drive. The second attached picture "Pic2.jpg" shows that the rear screen does not play video at all.
