I purchased a Car from Phoenix Metro Auto Auction in (4/16/2024) that showed a Green light that is supposed to guarantee me nothing major wrong with the car unless specified. I paid for *** to have the car checked by the Auction to guaranteed there was nothing wrong with the car. They notified me by phone 24 hours later that the car had passed inspection and was ready to be picked up. Upon picking the car up it had to be jumped from not starting and then driving out of the parking lot The car broke down and had to be towed not even 1 mile away from Auction. I called the *** manager to arbitrate this car and let him know it felt like the transmission he checked the vin and he told me to have the car inspected and if it was the transmission that I could return it and he would undo the deal. So I paid ******** to diagnose and it came back that it was the transmission so I called notified the arbitration manager And he told To return the car with proof of the diagnostic and he would settle it out so I did just paid for another to have sent to the auction and after 24 hours I was informed that there was a mistake and this car was a red light not a green light, even though it displayed a green light the entire time it was being sold with nothing in the notifications or announcement saying that it was As Is or Red light! I would have NEVER BOUGHT THIS CAR IF THE DISPLAY DIDNT SAY GREENLIGHT OR IF IT SAID AS IS anywhere! I was mislead and they can see clearly in the Video this Car was Marked Greenlight and still is right now !! Im a small business owner and this could ruin me before starting. I was mislead and bamboozled into making this purchase with greenlight being posted all over this and incorrect information supplied by this company.

Beware of Fraud!!! Metro Auto Auction falsely advertised a vehicle for financial gain. The vehicle was stated in good condition but was a LEMON. Also, I purchased a 10-day PSI (inspection) to make sure the vehicle was as advertised. However, taking a flight to receive the vehicle once I was *********** was ready for pickup, it needed to be jumped. While examining the engine, I noticed a speakers cord coming from the engine and grounded on the frame of the vehicle. I asked for the vehicle to be inspected again. However, I was hung up on by a reluctant Arbitration agent named **** and *****, the general manager never returned any of my calls. I have not heard any update regarding this vehicle I purchased under false pretense!

We purchased a 2019 ********** Jetta, Last six ****** from Metro ****** Auto Auction (owned by Metro AA Phoenix) on 3/08/22 and still have not received the title to the unit. We have exhausted all normal attempts at gaining the title for this unit including contacting the ** of Metro DFW, ******************, on June 28th, 2022. Despite numerous request to ****************** for the title we are owed, the auction has not provided it to date. This title delay is well past any industry norms and we demand the auction provide a good title to this unit immediately.
