a pro se admin who is handling 2 cases has mixed up the files when i have a valid contract with chase. i dont want to *** the aaa this is a good faith attempt to correct the matter.Business response

The complainant, ****************, filed a consumer arbitration demand with the American Arbitration Association (***), the administering organization, against a business. It appears that ****************, in his BBB complaint, takes issue with the allegations and assertions set forth in the business answer and affirmative defenses filed in the arbitration. It does not appear that **************** is complaining about any *** actions in administering the arbitration, and we encourage him to raise questions regarding the case with the *** case administrator handling it.

I signed up and paid the organization for a case and to arbitrate a Dispute and after I pay the fee and that was on my way I was not given access to my account and Ive complained about not having access to my account for the past nine months irritation went forward with the arbitration which is a lofty process which leaves a pro solutions like myself in the dark and support for the person without an attorney by the organization created And the equity which they would not assist in equalizing. The organization favored the claimant party because the climate parties there like largest client. I havent gotten any answers to my problems getting access to my account information needed to be successful and the arbitration is already underway theyve left me unable to be prepared for the arbitration which is causing me to lose they took my payment with the promise of equity and have a new account and have not provided that to me The case manager is non-responsive, No other Support is availBusiness response

I filed for arbitration but was not aware of the arbitrators background at the time of the hearing. American Arbitration Association has not said yes or no to my complaint that the Arbitrator was involved in a matter of a case of "********** v People of ******************* No. 2:14 cv- ****", if this is the same person I never would have agreed to this arbitration. Also, I have left messages and phone calls and nobody has returned my calls for help on this matter. It has been terrible communication with this company; no returned calls-emails, never given the name of my manager or his/her phone number etc.Business response
