Company set an appointment with me to service AC unit, owner said someone showed up and knocked on my door, nobody ever showed up and knocked on my door, owner decided to charge me $75.00, owner will not do anything about it, I was home waiting and never got a knock on my door.Business response

We did set an appointment with the tenant. It was a date and time the tenant agreed too. I even emailed the property management team to let them know of the appointment.
The day of the appointment my tech was knocking on the door at 9:55am for our 10 am appointment.
my tech then called the number listed and still no one answered.
my tech even tried the Nextdoor neighbor. Still no answer.
i am sorry you missed your appointment. It does cost money to send a person out to your home. The charge for the missed appointment is not just fuel.
Tech wages, insurance and a list of many of expenses.
We did reschedule and this time someone answered the door. The service has been completed.
