I would like to show my appreciation for all the work Technician *********************** put into my home. I was worried about the water pressure coming into my home. He checked and our water pressure was perfect. I was worried about the gas line to the clothes dryer. **** checked and its all good. The shutoff value is working. No price gouging on things that dont need repairs. A separate plumber with another company told us that our water pressure was too high. Definitely not the case after **** checked. It would have cost me over $580, if I would have listened to the other plumbing company, for something not needed. The main reason we called Penguin. We used them before with a major plumbing issue and liked their work. We knew to call them again. Todays main call was for the water heater. Of course it couldnt be a simple repair. The water heater had a whole lot of wrong going on with it. We have water damage from the laundry room to the garage. Thankfully technician *********************** answered my call. His experience and professional knowledge made this headache so much easier to deal with. Now we have hot water with no price gouging along with proper installation. **** called a restoration company and had them out before he even completed hooking up the water heater. Im glad **** made the call. We have water damage from the drywall in the laundry room to the drywall in the garage. The old leaky water heater did a lot of damage in just a couple of days. We have a claim with our home insurance and with the restoration company to complete the drywall damage. Thank You again *********************** for your expertise and knowledge. I was totally taken advantage of and lied to. Terrible electric job. APS utility company and other electricians have verified the ridiculous charges, even charging me $775 for a County permit which was only $85. Damaged my exterior wall, did a very unsightly job. Refused to give detailed report so I could get a partial reimbursement of $3000 from an Electric protection I pay for annually. He initially said he would make sure everything was detailed to satisfy the reimbursement paperwork. Then he even wrote down a phony phone number to reach out to him after I paid on two separate credit cards. I am now disputing one of the card charges. This has been a horrible and stressful experience!! The problem was only an APS issue and nothing else was necessary. Confirmed by APS and two other electricians.

Hello ********. Sorry to hear you feel this way. The pricing for all work was provided up front and no work was performed without your approval. We did explain that the Panel would need to be moved and that we are not responsible for the stucco repair where the old box was located. Repairing stucco is not a skill our electricians are trained to do. Our manager has tried to reach out to you and has updated your invoice to include as much detail as possible. We hope this will help in regard to your insurance companies' refusal to reimburse you for part of the service cost.
