They installed a new system at my house in July 2020. I bought a service contract with them. First service call was scheduled for 6-13-21. Technician found nothing wrong, went on his way. On 7-6-21 the unit in the attic started to leak through the ceiling of the bedroom that is below the unit. Major drywall damage. Their technician came the next morning. His diagnostic: the drain, which goes through a bathroom sink plumbing, got clogged at the pipes at the wall. So my bad for not cleaning my sink pipes right? On 7-9-21 the same bedroom ceiling starts leaking again. I go in the attic: the unit is leaking from the same place as it did 3 days ago. I called ***** who spent the next 5 minutes insisting he was not responsible for anything and that he can't send anyone over until the next morning. Instead of telling me what I should do to minimize additional damage overnight, he tells me that he doesn't like my tone of voice. At that point I decide to cancel my appointment with him for the next morning. I hire another AC company to come fix the issue. The July 2020 install was not done properly, float switch useless because installed higher than the pvc pipe. Secondary drain pan was installed higher than the primary one. Debris from old system and packaging from new one was left in my attic, behind the unit. And, a simple drain flush unclogged the drain. The gunk was stuck between the unit in the attic and the bathroom sink below. I do not recommend this company."

Yes this customer is very rude! As you see in her review, the plug was her lack of cleaning of her sink. The drain lines in her walls to her sink werent replace ** ONE does that, thats what plugged up. Nothing to do with her ac system. I explained that to her and she just didnt get it. She became very rude and demanding. I told her, I dont like the way you are talking to me, we will be over in the morning to re check what the tech did. She canceled her appointment, so nothing we can do at this point.
