I just had my air conditioner serviced by a young man , ****** S who works for Air Conditioner of Arizona. ****** is not only very knowledgeable and super nice, polite, hes extremely honest and trustworthy. I had a 20 year old ******************** that finally gave way to old age. While this is the first time I have used Air Conditioning of Arizona, I was immediately impressed with there entire operation.Requesting service was quick and easy. They kept me informed of when they would arrive. The Technician was on time, polite, and exceedingly professional.******, my technician, listened carefully to the issue, quickly diagnosed the issue, went out of his way to get the necessary part, and installed it the same afternoon. I can't say enough about his professionalism, positive attitude, and incredible thoroughness. I'm certain I will use ACA again.!!!Review from Kelly J

***, called me today to let me know of Special they are running to get my AC through this Arizona Heat. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the service. First class people and service.Weston - our tech - was professional and courteous. A routine repair to the **** system remained routine. No attempts to sell us something we didn't need.... which has been prevalent with other **** service companies, particularly in the ************** area.Would prefer they didn't use ****** for reviews, thus mine here with the BBB.Review from Fredric F

Our unit would not go on yesterday when the outside temp hit 98, all time high !! Called and left a message last night, and first thing today, they called, set up an appointment for this afternoon. ****** is so fantastic, so professional, so courteous, clean cut and best of all, found the problem and got the unit running in no time. This is the best company by far. If you are thinking of replacing your unit, or just need a service call, call Air Conditioning of Arizona. ****, the owner, employees the best people who care.Review from BILL B

ACA installed my Trane unit and our home as been so comfortable every day since. Every technician they have sent to my home is polite, clean and very knowledgeable of all aspects of my 3 zone unit. They clearly hire only highly skilled people. I cant say that for their competition.Review from Doug J

**A came to our home yesterday to check the ** side of our new system as it was too cold to accurately check the refrigerant charge when we replaced the old unit. ***** did a thorough job of checking our ** settings and rechecking everything having to do with the new installation. We believe in **A and use them solely for all our HV** needs, Nobody does it better.
