First, Dennys transmission shop fixed my transmission. They quoted fees and 10 days to be done. After many calls from me, my husband, and our friends who are "friends" with the owner of the shop, it took 5 weeks to finally get my car back on 6/24/2022. In the process of all the waiting we had to get a new battery because they drained it and a new alternator which we paid to have it replaced by them. Transmission works great upon leaving the shop 6/24/2022, however since then there was a loud popping in the left side. I called them the following monday 6/27/2022 they said to bring the car in and I did so on Friday 7/1/2022. They knew we wee dropping the car off to be checked. They gave no response all day, they close at 5 pm and we showed up at 4:30pm. The owner said that it was the left wheel bearing assembly and that he was going to order the part and fix it at NO CHARGE. It is now 7/7/2022 and no response as to when it will be done. They ignored my husbands call and my friends call on 7/6/2022. I called 7/7/2022 and ****** the office manager said that they have not even put it on a lift yet. I am tired of waiting for them to fix the thing that they broke with no response. This is very poor customer ********************** for spending over $3k. Id like this taken seriously and taken care of.Initial Complaint

Took in my **** ****** Sienna to have the transmission looked at because of a small intermediate shifting problem. They diagnosed it as the transmission needs to be rebuilt. I agreed and paid $2700 for a total rebuild. They have had my vehicle for over three months. I have communicated with them many, many times. They kept telling me the van will be ready within a couple of days. A month passed they said it needed a transmission computer and gave me a signed promise of completion date of August 20, 2021. I agreed. It is now weeks passed that promised date and the van is still not completed. They said they had to wait for parts but that only took a couple of weeks to get the parts. At present I still do not have the vehicle and cant pickup or get towed to another shop because Im told the vehicle is torn apart and on a lift.
