Bought a used 5th wheel and were promised that the unit would get a good check up and everything would be fixed, even told us that they would install new smoke detectors. Had it delivered and lo and behold, the battery was dead and we had to buy a new battery, the shower head barely worked so we changed that also. We also could not understand why the air conditioner didn't work properly and we were in the Phoenix area, middle of the summer. We lived in it for two months, moved to ***** and consigned it with a different RV company. There is a contract on it to sell, but we got a call this morning from the maintenance department and it will cost us $1655.00 for the things that need fixed! I would never ever think of doing business with Sun City RV in Peoria. So buyer beware, they cannot be trusted.Review from Bonnie F

On Aug. 8, 2021 saw an add on Sun City RV website for a Winnebago Travel Trailer (2201DS). List price at $850. Went to dealer Aug. 9 2021 at 7:30 am. (dealer was closed on Aug 8) Sun City RV would not honor the listed price, the reason being "Someone had posted it wrong!" Indeed Someone had, but Sun City RV refused to absorb the cost of their mistake. Where is the honor in not paying for your mistakes? All Sun City RV said was "Sorry Folks, can we help you with anything else?" No, Thank you!! After driving 30 miles early on a Monday morning Sun City RV did not even offer to compensate us for our time and trouble. And by the way this trailer was listed on a different website at the same list price, Just saying!! You be the Judge!!
