    I'm updating my original 5-star post / review from 6/21/2022 to reflect a downgrade to a 3-star review. Joe requested a review following the original completion of work and therefore I am assuming that an updated review would also be welcomed. This review is strictly factual without emotion or false claims. This updated review reflects Showtime's failure to follow through on a satisfactory ceiling drywall repair following a warranty roof leak and does not reflect the quality of the roof repair. The roof leak was satisfactorily repaired with no additional leaks (to this point), however, Joe has failed to stand by the drywall subcontractors work for which he engaged as part of the warranty. Joe hired an inferior drywall sub-contractor to make the ceiling repairs for which the sub-contractor made two attempts with unacceptable results for blending into the surrounding ceiling. I sent Joe several photos of the attempted drywall repair which clearly show inferior work. Joe has made the decision to back away and have me deal with the sub-contractor directly for whom I did not hire or pay for the work. The sub-contractor will not return my calls for work completion and Joe has said that he's no longer involved and I'm on my own. Therefore, I will have to hire at my cost a qualified drywall contractor to complete the job to my satisfaction even though it should have been done under warranty.
