Worst experience ever If you are a military veteran or disabled veteran you do not want to do business with this company . We have been renting from a realtor that represents this firm name ************************* . This realtor / landlord will not fix any issues in the home and if she does you will hear how it hit her picket book . The garage door had broke and almost crushed one of our vehicles and at first she asked if I could just park my car in the driveway as she didnt have ****** to fix the garage . When I refused that option she fixes the garage but had to hear about how she had to put it on a credit card and was a financial hardship . The shower doors in the master bath had came off the track 2 times , once fell on me ams another time my husband who is a disabled veteran . **** recently told me she was going to make sure my husband doesnt receive his disability payments anymore . My hair sn has deployed to *********** and **** 7 times and was just seemed 100 % disabled for service connected injuries . If your a veteran she also WILL not follow the ***** , she called my husband entitled when he was put on title 32 orders for the Covid 19 mission here in ** this way year and we fell behind on rent for 2 months when he was deployed on these orders ams I was out of work , even though we were making payments to get caught up . She threatened late fees and Eve icy in even though there was a moratorium and he was on Title 32 orders . We were referred to as squatters and free loaders .**** also sent workers to put home in multiple occasions without notice . Just recently I came down stairs in a towel to find a man climbing up the side of our home and getting in the roof . She was having a roof estimate done and never told me or my husband and this man meme even knocked on our door to let us know he would be getting on the roof . He refused to get down and kept arguing with my husband to the point where my husband had to call the police . When we first moved in the home it was so dirty , **** had lived in the home prior to us moving in so o was shocked after driving from **** to ******* only to be met with dirty home and unfinished home repairs . When I confronted her about her reply was oh my gosh the cleaning lady didnt clean the house ? She lived there and mew the house and as big move in ready . She refunded our cleaning deposit but I still had to send days cleaning the home . There was no light plates of plates on electrical out lets . No baseboards in entry way . She did finally come and install all the face coverings after several requests but as a realtor and landlord this should have been done prior to moving in . Her boyfriend came back and and nails the entry way baseboards back in , again home was not move in ready .We recently moved out and the movers forgot to remove some China which are family heirlooms and **** will not return the items to me . Just continues to bash my disabled veteran husband . Very unprofessional . As and associates name is in the lease as well so She represents the company which tells me Thai is how ** and associates trains their realtors . STAY CLEAR of this realtor and this company . Especially if you are a veteran or have a Disabilty .
