Don't rent from these shady people. They lie when the truth sounds better. They tell you that they are providing a pathway to home ownership, but the houses they have will not pass inspection for FHA mortgage so the only pathway they are providing is a pathway to themselves lining their pockets with your money.We rented the house at *************** and the roof has too many layers of shingles, the decking is rotten and the roof leaks, the plumbing is in horrible condition, the electrical system is dangerous, the air conditioner was listed as being a new unit but within a month of moving in we had to get a repair company out to fix it. My wife called ***** and confronted him about it supposed to be a new ** unit and he said well its a refurbished unit The repair company said it was neither. The heater didn't work the whole time we lived there because it was all rusted out, we were constantly having to pay someone to fix the ** and before we moved out it completely quit working. We had a lease purchase agreement for **********. We exercised our option to buy within the time frame in the contract but ***** slow played getting the contract drawn up until the lease was up and then they raised the rent and then raised the price of the house to ********** then they changed the contract to state that purchase must be completed before the end of the lease which was not in the original contract. If you get cross with ***** he will just block you. They try to get you to think that you are getting a good deal on a house but then once you have signed the contract their true colors come out and you find out just how badly they have screwed you over. If they ever offer you to give you your ******* back, get it in writing. Actually, just don't give them the money at all and run from this company as fast as you can. You have been warned.

There system messed up my payment sent it back then they charged me late fees cause of it 200 after the first day the **** dollar deposit as well I spent and all our plumbing on property runs under the house and not to the sewer

This company is horrible .They make you believe you are buying a home then after you move into the home it is of poor condition and they *** you for late rent when it's not late and put stuff on your credit files to make it look like you owe them . They garnish your wages even though you don't owe them and have won in court from all previous judgements . They get you locked out of your home so they can regain it to continually do this same s*** to other's .He is a scam artist at best and he needs to be stopped .I am so sick of this SOB .We are currently being garnished by him again because this SOB doesn't take a judge to be serious. He was told to leave us alone ! Do not purchase or get involved with him terrible mistake . He is a schiester! He has friends in high place to make up paperwork to make you look like somethin else.

Very poor management and business. ***** the owner and manager lets his tenants stay in unlivable conditions. The ac has been broken 5 times in two weeks and now he is putting the responsibility on the tenant. He takes advantage of people who are unable to dish out thousands of dollars for AC repairs. Saying if you continue to contact me, I will block your number.
