I waited 3 weeks for a script to be filled. After making 5 phone calls to confirm my Rx was ready, no luck... total confusion! My Dr. called many times immediately to get my RX done.Over priced, no customer service.I stayed with them for 7 years. I am going elsewhere.My Dr. no longer recommends them either!

We originally ordered a prescription medication for out cat as recommendation from our Vet. We called and followed up with the apothecary above. We received the first shipment and then figured out we were being overcharged when we ordered a refill about a month later. We found we could get the same product from another apothecary in Phoenix for 1/3 less a savings of $45 which is a lot for a retiree to pay. We had called for a refill, but called back the next day to cancel the re-fill request when we found it was much cheaper elsewhere. No one ever responded to our request for refill or the cancellation request. They did however immediately charge the checking account of a friend who paid for the first order for the refill without ever asking us how we were paying this time for the refill. The friend does not even own the pet, and so the charge was illegitimate. So, he was charged without either of our permissions. It is impossible to talk to a real person there, you get an answering machine. I am trying to return the item. I would never do business with them again. Terrible customer service.
