      Buyer Beware Before I start, I would like to clarify that the service department of Moore Jeep was incredibly helpful and professional. They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and in less time than I was quoted. I also was not sold to immediately after arriving and I very much appreciate that.In regards to the product however,********** does not act in good faith in regard to its warranties. I've been given multiple different statements regarding why they would not cover me for a rental while my car was in the shop for an issue covered under the powertrain warranty. As medical personal, I cannot be without a car and after verifying with an agent that as long as I submit the documents required I would be reimbursed, I went ahead and got one. Fast forward to 2 days later, after submitting said paperwork, I received a denial saying that it was not a covered service. After calling Stellantis to clarify, I spoke to an agent who refused to allow me to speak while consistently talking over me. She had said that one of the factors was that I was not the original purchaser of the car. To remind you, this was a vacuum pump failure covered under powertrain warranty. This is not acting in good faith. Stellantis owns 14 brands, Abarth, Alfa ****** Chrysler, Citroen, Dodge, DS ****************** Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, ************** Ram and Vauxhaul. I strongly urge you to avoid these brands as I promise you that Stellantis frankly care about your needs or the quality of your vehicles (****** miles and my car has already been in twice for part failures. I would recommend if shopping at this location to look outside of cars of these brands, if they even have them.Buyer Beware

      If I could give this place a 0 star I would. A simple oil change that should have taken 1 hour to do. The dealer had me wait over 4 hours in the lobby with no communication regarding the status of my vehicle. I had to walk to the service area to get someone's attention to find out that my Brand new *********** 2023 would not start. They kept my car for 4 weeks with no one to call me regarding the status of my car. I had to call weekly for a follow-up and when promised a call back they failed to do so. When receiving my car the windshield was cracked from them having it out parked in the back lot exposed to other vehicles from kicking up rocks and dust. Moore stated that they can not control what happen on their lot and would not replace my windshield I work my **** off to save $30k for a down payment for my dream car to be given back to me damaged.

      We bought are renegade in 2018 from Moore chrystler. The experience with dealing with them after buying the vehicle has been an absolute pain. Anytime vehicle needed service was nothing but a headache and service advisors are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Our jeep was brought into their service department, after the bodyshop we used *********************** dodge multiple times to fix ac issue. After that I said to take to moore chrystler hoping the dealership would take care of their customer. They fixed issue and body shop paid for repairs. We our now having same issue for 4th time on vehicle. This should have been addressed the last time vehicle was in their service department. They are now charging me $1200 to fix new ac issue which from another failed ac line. When I address this with them they your **** miles over your warranty. The entire ac system should have been addressed on the visit and wasn't. So service manager ***** offered a whopping $250 discount, thanks *****. These people don't care here at Moore chrystler about you at all. Let's get you in a vehicle and then after that let's treat you like c*** You figured since I told body shop no on going to ***********************, please use moore where we bought it. They would take care of their customers, that's not the case. If your thinking about buying a chrystler vehicle don't and if you do stay away from moore chrystler. Absolute joke.

      We purchased our Jeep Compass in March 2018 and have had nothing but consistent yearly problems, all stemming from the same issue. Yet Moore and their service department refuse to fix the root of the problem and continually put on bandaids. Thus leading to another stay at the shop year after year. The first issue started in June 2019 when the start/stop system stopped working and the computer navigation showed us that we were in incorrect city. They replaced the radio and a faulty intelligence battery sensor. The next issue was only 5 months later in Nov 2019 when the start/stop AGAIN was not working... this time we had to replace the main battery. About a year later in Nov 2020, when the start/stop was not working, we had to pay for a new auxiliary battery. Two months later in Jan 2021, our computer system once again was faulty, showing that we were in the middle of the ocean. This was replaced for a second time. Now in April 2022, guess what isn't working AGAIN? Once again, we were told we had to replace the main battery. So 3 main batteries, 2 auxiliary batteries, and 3 computer systems in 4 years Moore refuses to believe that there is anything wrong with the internal wiring. We are unable to get ahold of ANYONE at the site, we have left multiple messages for ******* ****** and Matt *********************** all with no reply. So here we are, 100k warranty is expired (which seems like what they wanted to happen all along) and a car that requires a new battery yearly. All we want is to get the problem resolved for good, or be compensated fairly for any future problems that *** arise from the faulty wiring and/or the electrical system.

      TLDR: Because I didnt spend $870 on spark plugs, $3,800 on an exhaust system, or buy a new manual transmission, they would not repair the airbag that is under recall.I brought my Jeep in on Wednesday morning for the recall on the airbag, oil change, spark plugs, exhaust system repair, and a new clutch. At the beginning, I was told it was $490 for the spark plugs and $280 for the fuel system maintenance that must be done when changing the spark plugs. I declined this repair because it is not in the owners manual. This didnt go over well with the service writer ----. We are down to the air bag recall, oil change, exhaust, and clutch with the promise to call me by the end of the day.No call from ***** so I called to find out they didnt do anything Wednesday. Thursday Im told that there is internal damage to the transmission and the synchros are worn out. I asked about the gear oil in the transmission because synchros are made of brass and when/if they are worn out there will be brass in the oil. Turns out that no one ever inspected anything about the transmission. Im not buying a new transmission, just replace the clutch. Thursday afternoon I get a call that if they replace the clutch, they would need to replace the exhaust system for $3,800 or they wouldnt try to replace the clutch. Long story made short; the exhaust shop quoted me $400 for the exhaust system repair. We are down to the oil change and the recall on the air bag.I pick up my Jeep this morning, the oil change was done, but not the recall on the air bag. It is clear to me from my dealing with the service writer that if I had spent the $870 on the spark plugs and $3,800 on the exhaust system then my recalled air bag would have been fixed.I dont recommend bringing your vehicle here for any reason.
