            This issue is with an Air conditioning company. The tech failed to show up when scheduled on 3 different occasions. I have 3 invoices that have been paid. 1- $373.00 ( I am not disputing this one) although the tech did not show up when scheduled, the job was done.2. $170.00 This was a service call. The tech diagnosed the problem. (incorrectly)3. $764.00- The tech failed to show up twice. When he did the job he failed to replace the panel to the return which caused our office to be even hotter. I had to call a different company out. The work that was done by KJ cooling was not necessary. The entire unit needed to be replaced. (I obtained 2 opinions on this) I am requesting a refund in the amount of $764.00

            We do not think highly of this company. Our unit was installed during Air conditioning days. The installer also changed out our thermostat. When we got to cooler weather the heater would not work. The installer came back out but was not able to fix this problem and eventually refused to do anything else for us. In fact, he told us to call another company. We called another company who found that our unit has a blower unit that needed a common wire which the thermostat we had did not have. This company also found that there were several wires (besides the common wire) at the unit that were either not connected or connected inadequately. After a short time, the thermostat was changed to one that had a common wire hook up and the wires at the until were wired appropriately, the unit is working just fine.
