1 starI went to Greulichs for a parasitic battery drain diagnosis. The *** quoted $211, which I was fine withtracking wiring issues isnt easy. But I shouldve done it myself. They charged me $211 just to tell me fuse 18 was the source of the draw, with no further diagnosis. That fuse is tied to multiple components, and I figured that out in five minutes at home with a $10 multimeter and no mechanical background. Tracing the circuit myself, I found the issue in 30 minutesdriver door handle sensor. Unplugged it and the drain stopped.I was okay with the price assuming theyd identify the faulty component, but all I left with was a $211 bill and Go to ***** so they can figure it out. The *** even said his ***** forum research suggested ***lacing the entire wiring harnessabout $6,000. I later checked with multiple mechanics who all said this was an incomplete diagnosis.The tech or *** shouldnt have accepted the job if they lacked the ability or intent to go beyond the fuse box. It feels deceptive and unfair. Charging a full diagnostic fee for this superficial result may violate UDAAP ************ be clear, I didnt realize how little they actually did until I got home and looked into it myself. I want a refund. It seems they rushed this through just before weekend closing, doing the bare minimum to bill me and move on.Review fromAlexandra M

Gruelichs damaged my car engine, ac system, and radio/cd player and headliner that was pulled back and now is hanging.I went back to give them a chance to fix it.The corrected the issue they created with the ac. However the guy I was dealing with named **** proceeded to talk to me in a very derogatory way concerning the other issues. I posted a review online and saw a response from a district manager named ***** *. I spoke with ***** at the phone number he left in response my review. I called him, we set up a date and time and he assured me he would attempt to be present. He also told me it would be about thirty minutes to get in and out. When I arrived at the scheduled time and date at the location I was instructed, they had NO IDEA why I was there. ***** also was NOT there. I called him several times and got no answer. Finally the guys at that location asked me to leave the car with them and they would drive me home while they keep my car for the day. That was not the plan. I had other obligations lines up to take care ***** time and gas was wasted today and your staff was NOT informed of the situation. Please finally received a call back from *****. I want I refund. I have come back twice now to have the issues resolved with no positive results.I will not continue to be mistreated and my resources drained due to the lack of care, concern or investment by your company to do quality work and treat me as a customer with any respect or value.Greulich's Automotive Repair

Brought car in for electrical issue.300 plus bucks for a *********.Said bat was bad. Under warranty so new battery. Said alternator was bad and tried to **** me one fir 500. So I ordered new ac delco ****** the interim i decided to check thier *********. I discovered the abs module was causing problem.Unhooked and the alt they said was bad was great.I asked them about it and they got mad and sad the 300 buck ********* was for checking the alt and battery only. They never ran codes or they would have found out the abs wheel sensors were all throwing codes. They then tried to sell me a complete front end suspension and said motor mounts and ****** mounts were bad. *************************, District Manager of Greulich's Automotive Store #** has reached out to the customer directly to discuss the issues. In regards to work performed, vehicle was towed in, not running. Customers concern was vehicle would die when driving. Customer had a new battery replaced 3 months prior. Stated he put in a new AC Delco alternator, after replacing the alternator with a remanufactured one. Stated he installed a new belt tensioner and cleaned all the grounds. That work was performed by customer prior to coming to **********************. Customer also stated that he started having charging issues after a tune up was done with a new cap, rotor, plugs and wires about a month ago. Greulich's performed electrical troubleshooting process and determined battery was showing bad under a load test. Battery was replaced, vehicle started and drove, but showed a diminishing charge rate. There were no check engine lights indicating any error codes with the computer system at the time the vehicle was towed in. Customer furnished new battery, **********************'s installed it, and determined that although the initial voltage was 14.1 volts as the vehicle warmed up and started getting a load the charge dropped to 12.8 volts. Greulich's diagnosed a failing alternator and notified customer. ******** informed us that he would warranty out alternator himself. Greulich's Automotive recommended transmission mount and front-end parts replacement based on photos taken of the failing parts when the vehicle was in the shop including transmission mount cracking and front suspension of the vehicle showing cracks in the rubber bushings.After recommending that the alternator be replaced, Greulich's Automotive has not seen the vehicle again to determine if the charging pattern remains an issue. Per customer, his ABS module was unplugged causing the issue; however, Greulich's Automotive has not had any opportunity to check the vehicle after customer replaced alternator.Review fromcali h

I went to Greulich's on ************* and jackrabbit at first they said it was the radiator and water pump so they replaced that that broke again within a week so they replaced it again said it was defective parts 3 weeks later the timing belt came off so they fixed that two weeks later it came off again and then they fixed it and it came off again I went in to see what was taking so long cuz they had it for weeks and they said it needed a new engine or a rebuilt one but they would go ahead and pick up the cost cuz they didn't know if it was their fault or mine okay I can't afford a new engine and each time I asked him if that's all the wrong with it cuz I paid over $3,000 for it already I can't pay another $3,000 I don't have it they're not even standing behind their warranty so I would never go to the greulicks on Jackrabbit and *************Greulich's Automotive Repair

My car was making a loud noise. I went to this shop. They identified the issue and performed full inspection on my car. They were able to repair all the parts at no time. I highly recommend this service. ****, the service advisor, went above and beyond, kept me informed about my service and I was given an honest update on my car repair. I was informed of every step on my car repairs. I highly recommend this mechanic shop.The workers are very polite and knowledgeable. **** was fantastic! My water pump went out and he set up everything so I didn't have to worry. Got my car towed, set up a rental and even a lyft to Enterprise to pick it up. Of course it was an expensive repair but was done within a day. Very happy with the service!Greulich's Automotive Repair
