This is the only company (based on an online search) that i found to build my floor plan. Once *** prints/invoice were finalized and approved, a deposit was made. They did build the majority of the toyhauler according to the *********. The different parts they got wrong, they claimed were either not on the ********* or in the invoice. ****, then blamed me for the mistakes his company had made. I found them in both/ either *** and invoice. highlighted and emailed copies. I have all emails to back up all of my statements! They installed a right hand swing door in place of a special order left. That passed 4 different stages of inspections according to **** the owner. Took many many months but they did send the correct door and I installed it. I had to cut the wall open in the bathroom because they forgot a wood backer to support the medicine cabinet. They swore it was installed properly and blamed my driving as to why it kept flying open....until I sent video proof. They installed the stereo ***************** in the wrong location as well as the microwave. Proved that from the *** prints too. They forgot to put the exterior light switches in the baggage door location, as specified in the *** and /invoice as well. Once notified, None of these issues were taken care of, while still at the factory. One i still checkle about are the missing low point drain lines.. they remembered the low point drain line location sticker on the frame, just forgot to plumb them in.. that passed 4 inspections. There are probably 14 issues altogether and I won't go into all of them. There is a serious lack of customer care after the sale, with in this company. Bottom line is, if you want a custom floor plan built and will graciously accept what you receive rather then what you paid for.....then dune sport is the company your looking for. If you expect to receive what you ordered/approved/ paid for, dune sport is not the company for you. They do not warranty appliances either.

I recently bought a hot water heater for my GN horse trailer. After installing it myself it everything worked but the heating part. I spoke with ******* and I spoke with **** at Dune Sport. The short version, **** was patient, thorough and helped me figure out the problem. I find good customer service really hard to find these days so was thrilled to be able to get the same person not once, but three times and to have him offer suggestions, without making me feel like an idiot and finally, if I hadnt been able to solve the problem (my fault, by the way) he was all set to send me a new unit.

Great business, I would hands down recommend Dune Sport for your next camper!! At first I was very concerned because we were geographically separated by such a large distance La. to Az. How was I going to ensure I got what I wanted without actually seeing it in person? Between their website pictures, customer service, technical drawings and me wearing them out with questions and emails, the crew at Dune Sport delivered above my expectations an never got upset with clarifying questions. No matter how may changes we made. I initially chose them because they offer the shortest length base trailer in a goose neck configuration. Once hooked to my F350 super crew the total length of vehicle is approximately 40 feet. That will allow you in most mountain parks with tight switchbacks! Hat tip to ***************************, sales manager for helping us so much.

My husband and I traveled from ********* **** to **** ******* to pick up our Man ***************. We were able to choose all of the amenities. The customer service has been exceptional. I had to call several times to have re-explained how things work. They were always available and patient no matter how many times I called regarding the same thing. The ******** toy hauler is well built. We took it to the ******* **** on gravel washboard roads and had minimal problems. What I like most about the ******** is the simplicity. I have everything I need to be comfortable. It is awesome to create and choose. It is easy to clean and manage. I would buy from them again and send any family and friends their way.
