**** and **** were amazing to work with. They both went above and beyond to make our purchase go smoothly. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

These people are crooks. We bought our camper from them and paid it off early. We canceled our gap insurance in January. The insurance company sent the check to them and we still have not received it. We have called lots of people in the company and we just get the run around. Do not use this business. They are thieves.

Very bad warranty work. New unit last March. They had it for about 7 months. Have to take rv to another dealer

The *** was awful - the protective coating wasnt done properly. Roof wasnt touched. Underneath wasnt touched and the storage compartment smelled of cigarette smoke. There were 17 items either missing or broke that we identified to get fixed, which shouldve been addressed prior to us showing up - extend the delivery if need be. A complete rush job. Months of sending emails and leaving voicemails with no responses. Finally got on their schedule for Feb because they said everything was in to get the coach fixed. I dropped the rig off and 3 weeks later the service department seems to have no idea whats going on and they never returns my calls or emails and I mean never. Finally, after several callback requests I left a voicemail with the service manager named **** asking for a simple status, since its already a week past the promised 2-week time period. No call-back from the service manager. Probably because **** doesnt work there anymore..Arrived to pick up the coach and little on my list from the *** was done. The half-ass happi-**** was installed, minus the motor and wiring - just sits there. The bed edging is also missing. 3-season doors was installed upside down. Metal shavings all over the garage floor. The service manager attempted to redo the eco protective coating herself overtop the existing protective coating to pass it off like it was done by a professional and it caused major spotting and discoloration to the exterior of the coach. Nothing else on the list was done.3 months of lie after lie. Now I have to spend more money and time fixing what they touched and didnt touch. Little Dealer, Little Prices is the worst place Ive ever been to and this includes any dealership for anything stretching back to ****.

Sold me a brand new camper and had problems with it as soon as I got home gave me the runaround wouldn't call me back when coming to fix it, then I find out that the travel trailer is too much weight for my vehicle when as a matter of fact I asked three times if it was a correct weight for me to tow and they said yes I purchased this and now they just give me a runaround I wouldn't give them a star at all, this is the worst company I have ever seen I'm surprised they're still open.

Refuse to complete a warranty claim. Offered radio without all the features that the original one had. They were even informed of where they could acquire the exact radio to replace the old one but would not buy it from that dealer. Just wanted me to go away.

I have been waiting for 4 months to get the warranty repairs done on my camper I bought from them. I have been put off for the last time. The service and communication are disgusting and I feel violated. I am at that their mercy for getting amything done.They are not doing anything they said they would do.

Buyer beware! After purchasing a 30k trailer from the Little Dealer Mesa location upon first use of opening the awning we realized it was broken. We had a forever warranty and tried to be patient through delays. After 2 months to get an appt. we brought it in where it sat for months with no communication. We told them we needed it for our vacation out of state and we ended up picking it up still broken over a month later. When we returned from vacation we set up a second appt for the awning to be fixed. Multiple calls trying to resolve the issue and no one would return calls or have updates. After calling many more times its now been over 3 mos with no communication other than us calling them. Finally we were told 3 weeks ago it was in the bay and should be ready by the end of the week, again no communication on their side. After multiple calls to check on it we were told the second awning ordered was damaged as well. This time we were angry and upset. No communication, poor store leadership, poor parts management and no resolutions except for telling us theyre short staffed, its not my job and we have a bunch of trailers to be fixed. While I understand staffing issues its inexcusable to not find resolution to satisfy this issue. Its inexcusable to turn this back on us. We have now missed our first day of a family trip that we told them about weeks ago because the trailer is still not touched. That are now trying to take parts off another trailer to fix it while we sit around for hours again with no apologies.

Purchased a ******************. Decided to have service done on it because it was as is. Paid ******* and took it on our first trip within the first day we had issues from the hydraulics, emergency brake, propane, no hot water, generator wasnt holding a charge so everything while rv is running would not work. From refrigerator to microwave and the lights. So we found out by plugging it in at a rv park it would work but found out the side panels would not extend. Things fell apart inside vehicle including the lcd dashboard gps fell through so not only the service was not done we were sold a lemon. Even no windshield wiper fluid was not added. So I have repeatedly complained to little dealer about addressing it but was ignored. The rv broke down in *********** it was cold and nothing worked we were exposed to freezing temperatures cause of the electrical fail and generator or holding a charge. So we found a private ** and not only they got us back on road for 585 dollars they said its temporary fix so we can get back home they said nothing worked and wondered what **** went for service. We get back home take it in to little dealer and again epic failure nothing but negligence and malpractice on services and the warranty they claim to have. I submitted a refund for my **** with my bank and the merchant and they avoid me and do not call back I was told ****, the owner and no accounting. And the stopped working on vehicle cause of me asking for my money back . So I went and picked up Rv and again they say they fixxed things and the Rv doesnt work. I have video of the non working Rv and copies of order of what was done and what they did not do. **** is a lot of money on top of buying the ** outright. I have given little dealer little prices more than a few chances to make this right and refund the money for services they didnt do or their warranty .I have to say it ***** being ripped off for hard earn money of ******* . They still havent called me back! Please help

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT buy from here. We bought a new Momentum 5th wheel, received it broken, they said we could bring it back for the repairs, took in for repairs they kept for almost 2 months stating they were waiting on parts. Picked up NOT FIXED because we wanted to use it not have it sit waiting for repairs, took back to have them work on repairs and it gets SIDE SWIPPED/DAMAGED on their lot. We were told we need to pick it up they don't have room for it even though they NEVER fixed the repairs or damage. We have called and text for months no with ZERO response from ******* or anyone. They were happy to collect our $ but lack EVERYTHING ELSE - BUYER BEWARE
